摘要：The traditional combinatorial designs can be used as basic designs for constructing designs of computer experiments which have been used successfully till now in various domains such as engineering, pharmaceutical industry, etc. In this paper, a new series of generalized partially balanced incomplete blocks PBIB designs with m associated classes (m = 4, 5 and 7) based on new generalized association schemes with number of treatments v arranged in w arrays of n rows and l columns (w ≥ 2, n ≥ 2, l ≥ 2) is defined. Some construction methods of these new PBIB are given and their parameters are specified using the Combinatory Method (s). For n or l even and s divisor of n or l, the obtained PBIB designs are resolvable PBIB designs. So the Fang RBIBD method is applied to obtain a series of particular U-type designs U (wnl;) (r is the repetition number of each treatment in our resolvable PBIB design).

摘要：The incidence of accidental injection or catheterization of the subdural space during performance of a neuroaxial block has recently increased. It can occur even when an experienced practitioner performs the neuraxial procedure. The presentation of numerous unexplainable clinical signs in the process of continuous epidural anesthesia, which do not fit the clinical picture of subarachnoid or intravascular injection, should envoke a high suspicion for unintentional subdural block. We report two cases of patients who achieved prolonged labor analgesia via epidural technique with only half the initial loading dose of local anesthetic. Both patients also had short episodes of hypotension. Additionally, one patient presented with severe hypoxemia and mild motor block of both upper and lower extremities. The other patient presented with transit unresponsiveness without motor block. Both patients rapidly responded to vasopressors. Desaturation in one patient, however, was persistent lasting for more than four hours. Her bedside chest X-ray was inconclusive “possible pulmonary edema” and the follow up Chest CT Scan on the second day revealed aspiration pneumonia. Based on the clinical findings, these two cases were suggestive of subdural block with cranial nerve involvement.

摘要：Non-destructive testing （NDT） has been widely used in many fields, we can easily see it is being used in shipbuilding, aerospace, weapons manufacturing and so on. ICT is one of the best non destructive testing methods currently, but it has not been used widely, because it requires much compute and costs much time. Defect location is one of the most important processing steps in the digital image analysis. Defect location would correspondingly reduce the time spent in the testing. We may only require locating the defects in some case. So, we divide the CT images into several little blocks which the square is equal, and then calculate the fractal on each block. By determining the value and connected region number of the fractal dimension, we can locate defects of the image. The results show that the block ffactal dimension is a useful and time-saving defect location method.

摘要：近几年自然灾害、恐怖活动和化工等突发性事件时有发生,它们都具有突发性、紧迫性和危害性。在地震、矿难和化工事故等事件发生时在第一时间掌握环境信息,对于营救被困人员具有重要意义。然而在灾害发生后现场变得十分复杂,救援人员对灾害现场无法做出全面的勘察。本设计利用Make block搭建了全地形生命探测机器人验证模型,该模型通过太阳能板和蓄电池进行供电,由红外线遥控器控制机器人的运动方向和速度,利用机器人前方摄像头和人体红外传感器帮助救援人员进行实时监控和探测周围是否存在生命体,机器人后方的超声波传感器帮助机器人躲避后方未知障碍。另外操作者可通过视频模块连接到电脑或手机终端来对机器人进行实时的监控。
