摘要：Presented is a convenient and timesaving design method for illuminating light being used as a pint-sized searchlight usually,based on white light emitting diode(LED) *** process of design is studied mostly in advanced system analysis program(ASAP).The analyses on this kind of design method reveal the factors that would affect the luminous flux distribution of light,including the number of LED chips,the focus of reflecor and refractor,the corresponding position of reflector and refractor with the *** zone cofficient method and point-by point method are discussed respectively to determine the LED source and the illuminace distribution of *** desired parallel light output is gained after being optimized in ASAP at last.

摘要：To solve the inaccuracy problem caused by the two existing methods (averageend-area method and prismoidal method) used for the calculation of roadway earthwork volume, thispaper puts forward a new concept of the 3-dimensional algorithm that takes all the roadway geometricdesign procedures as a kind of geometrical operation between the ground model (original terrainmodel) and the roadway model (designed model) under certain constraints, and then presents acomplete 3-dimensional algorithm of roadway earthwork volume as well as its executable computerprogram. The algorithm benefits from the re-triangulation technique of constrained delaunaytriangulation (CDT), which can yield a true volume value theoretically. Through a number ofpractical testscovering varied intervals between adjacent cross sections, it is proven to possess ahigher accuracy compared with that of traditional methods. All the work involved in this paperindicates that the 3-dimensional calculation of roadway earthwork volumeis feasible, more accurateand should have further application in practice.

摘要：A design for an air-cooled test tube, with a series of modular and movable rings (cylindrical “crystallization comb”), installed in a laboratory crucible furnace is presented. The setup allows easy regulation simultaneous crystallization tests of a series of different crystallization rates in several columns (matrix) of test tubes, enabling fast studies of obtaining crystals. This low-budget, portable device (i.e. adjustable airstream with more simple control options), can also be applied in tube and chamber furnaces. The relations between the crystallization rate and parameters of air-cooled test tube are given and numerically analyzed.

摘要：The multipoint steam injection string of the horizontal well is a commonly used downhole component for high efficiency steam injection of the thermal recovery horizontal well. A reasonable layout of the valves to ensure an even steam output of each point is still not well designed. At present, a general design method which is urgently necessary isn＇ t applied by each factory. According to the balance relationship of the momentum, the energy and the mass of the fluid flowing in the string, the pressure distribution equation of the fluid flowing in the multipoint steam injection string is built. On the basis of this equation, the design calculation method of the multipoint steam injection string is come up with. A specific example is given in the paper. Study shows that, with the equation built in this paper, the string can be designed with each axial valve having the same output, so that the technical demand of an even steam injection of the horizontal well section can be met.

摘要：Depletion calculation is important for studying the transmutation efficiency of minor actinides and longlife fission products in accelerator-driven subcritical reactor system(ADS). Herein the Python language is used to develop a burnup code system called IMPC-Burnup by coupling FLUKA, OpenMC, and ORIGEN2. The program is preliminarily verified by OECD-NEA pin cell and IAEAADS benchmarking by comparison with experimental values and calculated results from other studies. Moreover,the physics design scheme of the CIADS subcritical core is utilized to test the feasibility of IMPC-Burnup program in the burnup calculation of ADS system. Reference results are given by the COUPLE3.0 program. The results of IMPC-Burnup show good agreement with those of COUPLE3.0. In addition, since the upper limit of the neutron transport energy for OpenMC is 20 MeV, neutrons with energies greater than 20 MeV in the CIADS subcritical core cannot be transported; thus, an equivalent flux method has been proposed to consider neutrons above 20 MeV in the OpenMC transport calculation. The results are compared to those that do not include neutrons greater than 20 MeV. The conclusion is that the accuracy of the actinide nuclide mass in the burnup calculation is improved when the equivalent flux method is used. Therefore, the IMPC-Burnup code is suitable for burnup analysis of the ADS system.

摘要：The development of new proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) with less adverse effects by lowering the pKa values of nitrogen atoms in pyrimidine rings has been previously suggested by our group. In this work, we proposed that new PPIs should have the following features:(1) number of ring II = number of ring I+ 1;(2) preferably five, six, or seven-membered heteroatomic ring for stability;and (3) 1<pKa1<4. Six molecular scaffolds based on the aforementioned criteria were constructed, and R groups were extracted from compounds in extensive data sources. A virtual molecule dataset was established, and the pKa values of specific atoms on the molecules in the dataset were calculated to select the molecules with required pKa values. Drug-likeness screening was further conducted to obtain the candidates that significantly reduced the adverse effects of long-term PPI use. This study provided insights and tools for designing targeted molecules in silico that are suitable for practical applications.
