摘要：Visible-Light Communication(VLC) has the potential to provide dense and fast connectivity at low cost. In this paper we propose SFNet, a novel VLC-enabled hybrid data center network that extends the design of wireless Data center Networks(DCNs) into three further dimensions:(1) fully wireless at the inter-rack level;(2) no need for a centralized control mechanism on wireless links;and(3) no need for any infrastructure-level alterations to data centers. Previous proposals typically cannot realize these three rationales simultaneously. To achieve this vision,the proposed SFNet augments fat-tree by organizing all racks into a wireless small-world network via VLC links. The use of VLC links eliminates hierarchical switches and cables in the wireless network, and thus reduces hardware investment and maintenance costs. To fully exploit the benefits of the topology of SFNet, we further propose its topology design and optimization method, routing scheme, and online flow scheduling algorithm. Comprehensive experiments indicate that SFNet exhibits good topological properties and network performance.

摘要：center工程反应堆保护系统采用了中国核动力研究设计院自主研发的"龙鳞"平台。根据GB/T5204和IEEE 338的设计要求,本文基于定期试验的设计准则,采用分段试验和相互交迭的设计思路,同时结合平台自身的特点对center工程反应堆保护系统的定期试验总体方案进行了介绍,重点描述了输入通道试验(T1试验)、系统逻辑功能试验(T2试验)、输出通道及相关驱动器试验(T3试验)和响应时间试验的试验方案及其工作原理,可作为其他工程定期试验方案设计的参考。

摘要：To provide scientific management basis for the garden planning, project construction, maintenance, social service, this paper prompted that the urban gardening administration sectors need to construct gardening information management system. On the basis of fully requirements analysis of gardening sectors, this paper discussed the key technology for system construction. It also proposed to flexibly and smartly build up the system by using the secondary development design environment and running environment based on data center integration development platform. This system greatly helps the daily management and plays very important role in improving urban ecological environment and investment environment.

摘要：With the development of power systems, power grid within a control area becomes much more complicated due to increasing number of nodes and renewable energy interconnections. The role of power system control center is more critical in maintaining system reliable and security operations. Latest developed information and communication technologies provide a platform to enhance the functions and performance of power system control center. Smart power dispatch concept will be the trend of future control center development. In this paper, we start from the human factors of control center design and propose operation indices to reduce the information presented to the system operator. The operation indices will be the important criteria in situation awareness of a power grid. Past, present, future and capability states of a power grid are also proposed to provide better visions to the operator of system conditions. The basic ideas of operation indices and operation states are discussed in the paper. In the end, the design factors for a power dispatch cockpit are discussed.

摘要：The rapid development of urbanization requires land management business should change the former single systematic pattern, and advance to integration of functions and data sharing. In order to meets the requirement, this paper presents a new thinking for land management pattern, and management tools of data center for integration of urban and rural areas. The tools were based on MapGIS, which have made the management of multi-subjects, multi-areas, multi-sources and multi-measurement data possible. The techniques of this system are designed accord with national related standard. Experimental result shows that the tools have obvious technical advantage in land resource business integration management.
