摘要：Synchrotron radiation X-ray micro-computed tomography(SR-μCT)is a 3D imaging technique that is widely employed for the characterization of defects in advanced materials and *** this study,we characterize several typical defects in octettruss and re-entrant 3D lattice structures by using SR-μ*** 3D micro-lattice structures are manufactured using projection micro litho stereo exposure(PμLSE)additive manufacturing *** as-fabricated 3D lattice samples are characterized using optical microscopy,and subsequently,by SR-μ*** more,a statistical analysis is performed to characterize the surface roughness and internal defects qualitatively,whereby the statistical geometrical parameters of struts along different directions and strut joints are analyzed and ***,several typical defects are identified:(1)holes at the joints of the strut and irregular diameter deviations of the strut in the octet-truss lattice structure;(2)irregular diameter variations,bulges,dislocations,grooves,accumulations,and torsion in the re-entrant lattice *** of these defects are related to the building direction,the weight of the structure,bubbles,dust,and impurities during the PμLSE additive manufacturing process.

摘要：CThe objective of the present study was to prepare solid self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system(S-SNEDDS)containing Capryol-90 as oil phase for the delivery of Embelin,a poorly water soluble herbal active ***-Behnken experimental design was employed to optimise the formulation variables,X1(amount of oil;Capryol 90),X2(amount of surfactant;Acrysol EL 135)and X3(amount of co-surfactant;PEG 400).Systems were appraised for visual characteristics for self emulsifying time,globule size and drug *** liquid formulations were formulated into free flowing granules(S-SNEDDS)by adsorption on the porous materials like Aerosil 200 and Neusilin and thereby compressed into *** vitro dissolution studies of SNEDDS revealed increased in the dissolution rate of the ***-IR data revealed no physicochemical interaction between drug and *** state characterization of S-SNEDDS by DSC and Powder XRD confirmed reduction in drug crystallinity which further supports the results of dissolution *** analysis exhibited spherical ***,the accelerated stability studies for 6 months revealed that S-SNEDDS of Embelin are found to be stable without any significant change in physicochemical ***,the present studies demonstrated dissolution enhancement potential of porous carrier based S-SNEDDS for poorly water soluble herbal active ingredient,Embelin.

摘要：Nam Cao and Lu Xun are among high-profile writers who gain wide appreciation. The movements of literary assert this over the latter half of recent century in our country. That reality persistently points us to an urgent need for researches on Nam Cao and Lu Xun. Tints of literary worldviews of Nam Cao and Lu Xun, though upon which numberless research works, both domestic and foreign, have provided multi-directional insights and exploration of artistic creativities, remain misevaluated. B ich Thu, the author of Nam Cao, His Life and Legacies, counted out 191 articles and books themed Nam Cao. They were edited by writers of Nam Cao＇s generation namely Nguyen Huy Tuong, Nguyen Dinh Thi, To Hoai and Nguyen Hong, and even distinguished scholars such as Ha Minh Duc, Phong Le and Nguyen Dang Manh, so on. Regarding Lu Xun, there is no denying the fact of his brilliant artistic ideology. Although Vietnamese readers have gained a late knowledge of him for just a half of century, his name is laid somewhere in the heart of our people, integrally and consistently. Vietnam＇s reader generations restlessly learn about and research on Lu Xun. A pioneering merit badge should be rewarded to the renowned literary critic Dang Thai Mai, for his introduction and translation of Lu Xun to Vietnamese readers since 1943. The most interesting coincidence of Nam Cao and Lu Xun is that their profiles are imbued with the characters in their compositions. Mentioning Lu Xun cannot help a reference to AQ, meanwhile the name ofNam Cao apparently recalls a Philistine Chi. 摘要：Avian influenza, subtype H5N1, causes occasional but serious infections in humans and efforts to produce vaccines against this strain continue. Current influenza vaccines are prophylactic and utilize the two major antigens, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase. Nucleocapsid protein (NP) is an attractive alternative antigen because it is highly conserved across all influenza strains, has been shown to increase the rate of viral clearance, and potential therapeutic vaccines would elicit cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses in an infected person. The NP antigen from H5N1 was characterized using a variety of physico-chemical methods to gain insights into both the biological and physical properties of the antigen which are important from a regulatory viewpoint when considering therapeutic vaccines. Results obtained to date show that NP is relatively unstable and indicate that the conformation of the H5N1 NP antigen is highly dependent upon purification procedure, buffer conditions, pH and the presence or absence of RNA. These factors will need to be clearly defined and taken into consideration when manufacturing and regulating NP vaccine preparations.

摘要：Digital circuits operating in the sub-threshold regime consume the least energy. The strict energy constraints are desired in the applications which work at the lowest possible supply voltage. On the other hand, the conventional design flow utilizes the technology library provided by the foundry with a fixed voltage boundary, which causes problems when the supply scales down to the sub-threshold regime. In this paper, we present a design methodology to characterize the existing cell library with Liberty NCX to facilitate the standard design flow. It is demonstrated in 0.13 μm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） technology with the supply voltage of 300 mV.

摘要：Systematic characterization of available crop varieties using morphological traits is needed to fuel breeders＇ efforts in African eggplant. Twenty-eight accessions of African eggplant from three species of Solanum aethiopicum （16）, Solanum macrocarpon （9） and Solanum anguivi （3） were characterized using standard morphological descriptors. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design （RCBD） with three replications. The results indicated distinct and wide variations between the three Solanum species studied. There were however a lot of similarities between the S. aethiopicum and S. anguivi lines. This suggests the two materials being closer to each other than they are to the S. macrocarpon.

摘要：Photoelectorchemical（PEC） water splitting is an attractive approach for producing sustainable and environment-friendly hydrogen. An efficient PEC process is rooted in appropriate semiconductor materials, which should possess small bandgap to ensure wide light harvest, facile charge separation to allow the generated photocharges migrating to the reactive sites and highly catalytic capability to fully utilize the separated photocharges. Proper electrode fabrication method is of equal importance for promoting charge transfer and accelerating surface reactions in the electrodes. Moreover,powerful characterization method can shed light on the complex PEC process and provide deep understanding of the rate-determining step for us to improve the PEC systems further. Targeting on high solar conversion efficiency, here we provide a review on the development of PEC water splitting in the aspect of materials exploring, fabrication method and characterization. It is expected to provide some fundamental insight of PEC and inspire the design of more effective PEC systems.
