摘要：Non-contact actuated microbeads have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because of its enormous potential in medical, biological, and industrial applications. Researchers have proposed a multitude of electromagnetic actuation(EMA) systems consisting of a variety of coil pairs. However, a unified method to design and optimize a coil pair according to technical specifications still does not exist. Initially, this paper presented the modeling of an untethered ferromagnetic particle actuated by externally applied magnetic field. Based on the models, a simple method of designing and optimizing the EMA coil pair according to technical specifications, was proposed. A loop-shaped coil pair generating uniform magnetic and gradient fields was chosen to demonstrate this method clearly and practically. The results of the optimization showed that the best distance to radius ratio of a loop-shaped coil pair is 1.02 for a uniform magnetic field and 1.75 for a uniform gradient field. The applicability of the method to other shapes of coil configuration was also illustrated. The best width to distance ratio for a square-shaped coil pair is 0.558 and 0.958 for uniform magnetic and gradient fields, respectively. The best height to width ratio and distance to width ratio for a rectangle-shaped coil pair is h/w =[0.9,1.1], d/w =[0.5,0.6] for uniform magnetic field and h/w =[1.0,1.2], d/w =[0.9,1.1] for uniform gradient field. Furthermore, simulations of a microparticle tracking the targeted trajectory were conducted to analyze the performance of the newly designed coils. The simulations suggested the ability of manipulating microparticles via the coils designed by our proposed method. The research mainly proposed a unified design and optimization method for a coil pair, which can support researchers while designing a specific coil pair according to the technical requirements. This study is aimed at researchers who are interested in EMA system and microrobots.

摘要：This paper presents a different approach of Intermediate Frequency (IF) amplifier using 0.18 μm MIETEC technology channel length of MOSFET Darlington transistors. In contrast to Bipolar conventional Darlingtonpair, a MOSFET Darlington configuration is employed to reduce supply voltage (VDD) and DC consumption power (Pc). The frequency response parameters of the proposed design such as bandwidth, gain bandwidth product, input/output noises and noise figure (NF) are improved in proposed (IF) amplifier. Moreover, a dual-input and dual-output (DIDO) IF amplifier constructed from two symmetrical single input and single output (SISO) (IF) amplifier is proposed too. The idea is to achieve improved bandwidth, and flat response, because these parameters are very important in high frequency applications. Simulation results that obtained by P-SPICE program are 1.2 GHz Bandwidth (BW), 3.4 GHz (gain bandwidth product), 0.5 mW DC consumption power (Pc) and the low total output noise is 12 nV with 1.2 V single supply voltage.

摘要：The paper describes research aimed at developing a configuration system to support theconceptual design of mechanical fasteners. A prototype configuration system has been developedwhich allows designers to interactively configure fastener designs using geometric and functionalicons , freely without regard to physical constraints, with the aim of forming candidate *** designs are then passed to the qualitative modeller which uses qualrtative reasoningtechniques to evaluate the configuration. Supporting the above design procedure is a knowledgebase which contains object descriptions of fasteners and fastener features (given in terms ofgeometry, function, performance, material,installation). Design rules (expressing spatial andcasual relationships of fastener features),which are required during the evaluation of candidatefastener configurations, are also contained in the knowledge base.

摘要：Neutral Beam Injection （NBI） is one of the most effective means for plasma heating. Experimental Data Publishing Software （EDPS） is developed to publish experimental data to get the NBI system under remote monitoring. In this paper, the architecture and implementation of EDPS including the design of the communication module and web page display module are presented. EDPS is developed based on the Browser/Server （B/S） model, and works under the Linux operating system. Using the data source and communication mechanism of the NBI Control System （NBICS）, EDPS publishes experimental data on the Internet.

摘要：A novel FPGA chip FDP2008 （Fudan Programmable Logic） has been designed and implemented with the SMIC 0.18μm CMOS logic 1P6M process. The new design method means that the configurable logic block can be configured as distributed RAM and a shift register. A universal programmable routing circuit is also presented; by adopting offset lines, complementary hanged end-lines and MUX ＋ Buffer routing switches, the whole FPGA chip is highly repeatable, and the signal delay is uniform and predictable over the total chip. A standard configuration interface SPI is added in the configuration circuit, and a group of highly sensitive amplifiers is used to magnify the read back data. FDP2008 contains 20 ×30 logic TILEs, 200 programmable IOBs and 10 × 4 kbit dual port block RAMs. The hardware software cooperation test shows that FDP2008 works correctly and efficiently.
