摘要：A good cooling circle should ensure that the system can work at an appropriate temperature in the requirements of power increase,engine compartment constraint and working demands for modern engineering machinery,which asks for a thorough understanding of system thermal loads before practical ***,traditional experiment method spends a long time,costs a huge resource but lacks efficiency,whereas virtual design can avoid the shortcomings of traditional method and can analyze operating states adequately with variable loads on engine,generator,drives,battery pack and HVAC ***,this paper focuses on a new virtual design method based on multi-dimension coupled simulation adopting Flowmaster software for initial prediction and CFX tool for further *** simulation results in different operating conditions are compared and validated with *** experiment and range analysis are used to explore key parameters of cooling *** research will be helpful in guiding future design and optimization of engineering machinery.

摘要：A tool was developed to assist the cooling systems designer in designing and installing the microsprinklers and fan cooling system. The tool was developed by integrating a mathematical model into an electronic spark map in order to use the mathematical model practically. The mathematical model was developed using the designs, parameters, variables, and constant values of the microsprinklers and fans cooling system. Subsequently, an electronic spark map （decision tree） was developed, and then the mathematical model was integrated into the electronic spark map. Afterwards, C# （C Sharp） programming language was used to develop a computer system via the electronic spark map, and to make the user interface. The developed computer system assists the designer in making decisions to specify and to calculate the required discharge of cooling system pump, length and diameter of cooling system pipelines, number of cooling fans, and number of microsprinklers. Moreover, this tool calculates the capital investment and the fixed, variable, and total costs of the cooling system. However, the mathematical model of the spark map requires some input data such as： pressure and discharge of microsprinklers, and some other engineering parameters. Data of 4 cooling systems were used to carry out the model validation. The differences between actual and calculated values were determined, and the standard deviations were calculated. The coefficients of variation were between 2.25% and 4.13%.

摘要：The design of the cooling system of injection molds directly affects both productivity and the quality of the final part. Using the cooling process CAE system to instruct the mold design, the efficiency and quality of design can be improved greatly. At the same time, it is helpful to confirm the cooling system structure and optimize the process conditions. In this paper, the 3D surface model of mold cavity is used to replace the middle-plane model in the simulation by Boundary Element Method, which break the bottleneck of the application of the injection molding simulation softwares base on the middle-plane model. With the improvements of this paper, a practical and commercial simulation software of injection molding cooling process named as HsCAE3D6.0 is developed.
