摘要：We present a semi-custom design methodology based on transistor tuning to optimize the design performance. Compared with other transistor tuning approaches, our tuning process takes the cross-talk effect into account and prominently reduces the complexity for circuit simulation and analysis by decomposing the circuit network utilizing graph theory. Furthermore, the incremental placement and routing for the corresponding transistor tuning in conventional approaches is not required in our methodology, which might induce timing graph variation and additional iterations for design convergence. This methodology combines the flexible automated circuit tuning and physical design tools to provide more opportunities for design optimization throughout the design cycle.

摘要：As a wide bandgap power electronics device,the SiC MOSFET has a lot of advantages over the traditional Si *** the Si IGBT with the SiC MOSFET in the existing power electronics converter is an effective means to improve the performance and promote the upgrading of the traditional ***,in order to make full use of its advantages of the SiC MOSFET,the Si IGBT in the traditional power electronics circuit cannot be simply replaced by the SiC MOSFET,but the main circuit and the driver circuit need to be redesigned because the oscillation problem and the cross-talk problem caused by the parasitic parameter are very serious when the SiC MOSFET ***,considering the low cost and the short cycle requirement of the equipment development,it is often difficult to redesign the circuit hardware structure of all *** order to resolve this contradiction,a ferrite bead based method is proposed in this *** this method,without redesigning the hardware structure of the main circuit and the driver circuit,the SiC MOSFET can be used to replace the Si-based power electronics device directly,and the loss of the converter can be reduced with small ***,the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experiments.

摘要：An S-band cavity BPM is designed for a new injector in National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory. A re-entrant position cavity is tuned to the TM110 mode as position cavity. Cut-through waveguides are used as pickups to suppress the monopole signal. Theoretical resolution of this design is 31 nm. A prototype cavity BPM system is manufactured for off-line cold tests. The wire scanning method is used to calibrate the BPM and estimate the performance of the on-line BPM system. A cross-talk problem has been detected during the cold test. Racetrack cavity BPM design can be used to suppress the cross-talk. With the nonlinear effect being ignored, transform matrix can be used to correct cross-talk. Analysis of cold test results shows that the position resolution of prototype BPM is better than 3 μm.
