摘要：With a review of the recent development in digitalization and application of seabed data, this paper systematically proposed methods for integrating seabed data by analyzing its feature based on ORACLE database management system and advanced techniques of spatial data management. We did research on storage structure of seabed data, distributed-integrated database system, standardized spatial database and seabed metadata management system in order to effectively manage and use these seabed information in practical application. Finally, we applied the methods researched and proposed in this paper to build the Bohai Sea engineering geology database that stores engineering geology data and other seabed information from the Bohai Sea area. As a result, the Bohai Sea engineering geology database can effectively integrate huge amount of distributed and complicated seabed data to meet the practical requisition of Bohai Sea en-gineering geology environment exploration and exploitation.

摘要：In order to provide a provincial spatial database, this paper presents a scheme for spatial database construction to meet the needs of China. The objective and overall technical route of spatial database construction are described. The logical and physical database models are designed. Key issues are addressed, such as integration of multi-scale heterogeneous spatial databases, spatial data version management based on metadata and integrative management of map cartography and spatial database.

摘要：Gene over-expression or under-expression is closely associated with human diseases, which contributes to phenotypic variations and diversity. To our best knowledge, there is no single open specific resource available to provide the association information between gene over- or under-expression and various diseases. In this study, we presented a comprehensive disease-associated over- and under-expressed gene database （OUGene） based on our proposed text mining pipeline and several open curated databases. It contains total 41,269 unique associa- tions between 7,238 over- or under-expressed genes and 1,480 diseases, which are supported by 81,974 evidence sentences from 56,442 articles. The OUGene is compre- hensive and covers most important therapeutic areas. Meanwhile a new scoring system is designed to rank the associations based on benchmarking against hand-curated data. OUGene provides an easy-of-use web interface for researchers to analyze these data and visualize the associ- ated networks, which can give insights to the complex relationships between over- and under-expressed genes and diseases at a system level. 摘要：With the globalization of NBA, all eyes on the NBA playoffs are around the world. Ones celebrate the winning of their team which they like. Especially, NBA fans keep on predicting the playoffs game results. However, prediction of winning probability of teams in NBA playoffs is challenging. In order to meet the challenges, we proposed a method using ELO algorithm for prediction and leveraging Graph database, Neo4j, for implementation. Experiment results show that, the design and implementation of the prediction system could work to some degree.

摘要：To overcome the limitations of commercial CAD and handbook form of knowledge expression, the Distributed Knowledge Information System (DKIS) for product design is proposed. The structure of DKIS and the key issues in its implementation are introduced; the method of knowledge store and transfer of DKIS is discussed. The mechanism of knowledge representation, acquisition and utilization, based on Internet network, is achieved. Based on the concept of function driven, integrated Artificial Neural Networks and Active Server Pages techniques, transplanting the trained ANN into DKIS system, a new method for retrieving knowledge in DKIS over Internet is achieved. Finally, a prototype of DKIS is developed to demonstrate the feasibility of the structure and constructional method of DKIS. The work pro-vides a scheme for speed knowledge acquisition and shortens the cycle of product development.
