摘要：Biocompatible designed micromotor has attracted more and more concerns in the field of biomedicine due to their self-propulsion and delivery *** micromotors,mostly consisting of alkali earth metals,hydrogels,or other motile biomaterials,can effectively transform chemical energy into mechanical or kinetic energy to achieve the expected delivery of cargos to the sites of *** for conveying power,the modifiable surface and inner cavity of micromotors guarantee that their potential as versatile delivery systems for therapeutic ***,this review generalizes the propelling mechanisms,composites,and shapes of ***,the application of micromotor-derived composites for biomedicine delivery and other versatile purposes are also discussed.

摘要：The advancement in the materials manufacturing at micrometer and nanometer scales has already enabled numerous applications in electronics, optics, chemistry, biology and medicine. Biomedical devices carrying micro-/nanostructures are currently being widely used in drug delivery, drug release, biosensing and therapy. New clinical methods for disease diagnosis and treatments are being developed enabled by nanotech no logy. One-dimensional (ID) structures are playi ng an importa nt role in the direct drug delivery both in vivo and ex vivo among various micro-/nanostructures. Here, in this paper, we reviewed recent progresses made on next-generation intradermal and intracellular delivery strategies and applications with focus on ID microstructure-based approaches.

摘要：In the view of staff shortages and the huge inventory of products in the current market, we put forward a personnel scheduling model in the target of closing to the delivery date considering the parallelism. Then we designed a scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm and proposed a flexible parallel decoding method which take full use of the personal capacity. Case study results indicate that the flexible personnel scheduling considering the order-shop scheduling, machine automatic capabilities and personnel flexible in the target of closing to the delivery date optimize the allocation of human resources, then maximize the efficiency.

摘要：抗癌药物的靶向安全输送及远程无损控制释放是提高肿瘤治疗效率并降低毒副作用的前提,但挑战巨大.本文通过原子转移自由基聚合技术在单颗粒Cu7S4光热纳米粒子表面嫁接一层温敏高分子,从而设计了一种近红外光热控制智能纳米药物胶囊.该载药纳米胶囊具有较高的抗癌药物（阿霉素）负载能力（19.4%）和良好的光热转换效率（25.4%）,并具有合适的药物释放温度（38°C）.在正常生理条件下（37°C,pH 7.4）,10 h后仅有10.8%的阿霉素释放,但在808-nm近红外光的照射下,Cu7S4将光能转换成热,诱导温敏高分子快速收缩,从而导致所负载的阿霉素被挤出而释放,达到远程光控药物释放的目的.与此同时,Cu7S4的光热效应还可用于肿瘤的热疗,该复合纳米胶囊对癌症的化疗与热疗协同疗法将显著提高癌症治疗效果.

摘要：为实现雷达信息栅格的资源共享,设计了一个基于Web服务的雷达信息栅格资源基础构架,并在IISV5.1平台上,利用.NET开发工具,实现了栅格情报分发Web服务和客户端应用程序。实验结果满足设计功能,同时表明Web服务技术在雷达信息栅格系统集成中具有重大的应用价值。

摘要：Magnetic core shell nanoparticles are composed of a highly magnetic core material surrounded by a thin shell of desired drug, polymer or metal oxide. These magnetic core shell nanoparticles have a wide range of applications in biomedical research, more specifically in tissue imaging, drug delivery and therapeutics. The present review discusses the up-to-date knowledge on the various procedures for synthesis of magnetic core shell nanoparticles along with their applications in cancer imaging, drug delivery and hyperthermia or cancer therapeutics. Literature in this area shows that magnetic core shell nanoparticle-based imaging, drug targeting and therapy through hyperthermia can potentially be a powerful tool for the advanced diagnosis and treatment of various cancers.
