摘要：Previous studies interpreting the meanings of the sentence-final particle“LE”displayed two trends:either excessively complicated or excessively *** some scholars established a theoretical foundation of propositional domain,epistemic domain and dialogic domain for the sentence-final particle“LE”,the nature or orientation of its semantic property has become more ***,there are also defects in the current“Three domains”research *** the first place,this model defines the meanings of the sentence-final particle“LE”as“emergence of new propositional content”,“emergence of new epistemic content”,and“emergence of new dialogic content”.But,the definition is excessively abstract and *** many sentences not concluded with the particle“LE”can also express the three mentioned meanings,it fails to explain the difference between sentences ended with particle“LE”and ones without ***,the model fails to explore and discuss the nature or generation mechanism of relevant meanings of the particle“LE”.This study attempts to find a practical solution to those defects.

摘要：Zara domain是高PPI TN型TFT-LCD制成中较为常见的一种不良,为了提高产品品质,急需改善Zara domain。以3.97in TN产品(PPI 235)为例,Zara domain发生率30%,对产品良率影响较大,文章结合生产情况对Zara domain发生的原因进行理论分析和实验验证,得出改善Zara domain的方法。首先,产品设计上可以通过增加平坦膜改善彩膜侧平坦度。其次,材料上可以选择高预倾角的配向膜以及低Pitch的液晶分子。最后工艺上优化摩擦强度和对盒后冷却工艺。实验结果表明:通过设计,材料,工艺三方面改善,最终生产过程中Zara domain发生率<1%,提高了产品品质。

摘要：Zara domain是TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display)行业TN型产品中常见的不良,严重影响着产品的良率。本文通过对101.3mm(3.97in)TN产品的大量实验,系统分析和研究了Zara domain问题。研究结果表明:优化产品设计、工艺参数、工艺管控都可有效地管控Zara domain的发生率。首先通过调控矩阵工厂刻蚀工艺,确保Shield Bar坡度角保持在45°左右时,Zara domain发生率为0%。其次在盒工厂摩擦工艺段,也可通过调控摩擦滚轮的摩擦强度值来提高摩擦后配向能力的均一性来降低Zara domain的发生率。实验发现当摩擦强度值保持在2.3N·m时,Zara domain的发生率<1%。另外通过改善对盒过程中高温固化的冷却工艺,在设备上方增加空调扇,加速冷却,也可使Zara domain的发生率<1%。本文通过对101.3mm(3.97in)TN产品系统的研究,有望为解决Zara domain不良提供一定的技术支持。

摘要：According to the characteristic of Grid geographical information system (GridGIS), data distribution, heterogeneity and diversity in the grid environment, combining the high demand for shared resources and the purpose to realize unified and efficient management and sharing of distributed and mass resources, this paper proposed a grid GIS application building program on a number of peer-to-peer global Managers designs. This paper discussed the building process of the application domain, the selection criteria of application domain manager, the database design of application domain, and every service function module design of application domain. The integration of the application domain builds the three-tier management system of the node, the application domain, and the global management. The spatial query tests of distributed environment have shown that, the application domain is established to manage and share the distributed resources efficiently, and enhance the business processing functions in the grid environment.

摘要：Everyone knows that thousand of words are represented by a single image. As a result, image search has become a very popular mechanism for the Web-searchers. Image search means, the search results are produced by the search engine should be a set of images along with their Web-page Unified Resource Locator (URL). Now Web-searcher can perform two types of image search, they are “Text to Image” and “Image to Image” search. In “Text to Image” search, search query should be a text. Based on the input text data, system will generate a set of images along with their Web-page URL as an output. On the other hand, in “Image to Image” search, search query should be an image and based on this image, system will generate a set of images along with their Web-page URL as an output. According to the current scenarios, “Text to Image” search mechanism always not returns perfect result. It matches the text data and then displays the corresponding images as an output, which is not always perfect. To resolve this problem, Web researchers have introduced the “Image to Image” search mechanism. In this paper, we have also proposed an alternate approach of “Image to Image” search mechanism using Histogram.

摘要：Analysis of functional MRI (fMRI) blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) data is typically carried out in the time domain where the data has a high temporal correlation. These analyses usually employ parametric models of the hemodynamic response function (HRF) where either pre-whitening of the data is attempted or autoregressive (AR) models are employed to model the noise. Statistical analysis then proceeds via regression of the convolution of the HRF with the input stimuli. This approach has limitations when considering that the time series collected are embedded in a brain image in which the AR model order may vary and pre-whitening techniques may be insufficient for handling faster sampling times. However fMRI data can be analyzed in the Fourier domain where the assumptions made as to the structure of the noise can be less restrictive and hypothesis tests are straightforward for single subject analysis, especially useful in a clinical setting. This allows for experiments that can have both fast temporal sampling and event-related designs where stimuli can be closely spaced in time. Equally important, statistical analysis in the Fourier domain focuses on hypothesis tests based on nonparametric estimates of the hemodynamic transfer function (HRF in the frequency domain). This is especially important for experimental designs involving multiple states (drug or stimulus induced) that may alter the form of the response function. In this context a univariate general linear model in the Fourier domain has been applied to analyze BOLD data sampled at a rate of 400 ms from an experiment that used a two-way ANOVA design for the deterministic stimulus inputs with inter-stimulus time intervals chosen from Poisson distributions of equal intensity.

摘要：随着磁梯度张量测量技术迅速发展,为实现精细反演地下磁化率分布提供了数据保障。基于航空和陆地磁测数据的三维磁化率反演需要计算起伏面上的磁场,因此研究起伏面磁场及其梯度张量快速三维正演方法具有重要实际应用价值。针对任意磁化率分布、起伏面磁场及其梯度张量三维正演问题,本文提出了一种快速波数域三维正演方法,其关键环节包括:(1)结合棱柱体组合模型波数域表达式和Gauss-FFT算法,提出一种任意磁化分布情况下平面磁场及其梯度张量快速三维正演算法;(2)利用平面三维正演算法,计算多个高度平面磁场及其梯度张量,结合三次样条插值方法,实现起伏面磁场及其梯度张量三维正演。在此过程中,提出一种多个高度面情况下波数域加权系数快速计算方法,进一步提高了起伏面情况下三维正演的计算效率。通过设计不同模型算例,验证了新方法的计算精度和效率。
