摘要：The track model used in the dynamic analysis and design system software is investigated. A home made tank is taken as an example to illustrate the method for modeling an integral tracked vehicle and perform the dynamic simulation. The obtained results have demonstrated that the simulation method has the advantage of high efficiency, more convenience and more insight into the dynamical behavior of the system.

摘要：A new hydraulic system of a novel automatic transmission (AT) was designed. The dimension and structure of valves and cylinders were designed by theoretical calculation. The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system of AT was established by ITI-simulationX. simulation results and theoretical design results were compared to confirm the simulation model. Based on the confirmed simulation model, the simulation results of pressure and flow of the hydraulic system were analyzed. The dynamic simulation method is very helpful for designing and analyzing the performance of hydraulic system and further optimization design. The theoretical design method and dynamic simulation model are feasible for the real industrial applications. The research results can be used in hydraulic system design and optimization.

摘要：With comprehensive considerations of the operational safety and collection efficiency for the tracked miner collecting the seafloor poly-metallic nodules, two new improved mining paths for the miner on the deep seafloor were proposed. Compared to the conventional mining path, the design principles and superiorities of the two new paths are that the miner turning with relative long radius should avoid large sinkage and high slip, so as to ensure its operational safety, while the space between its straight-line trajectories before and after the turning is optimum, which is designed as the total width of the miner, and collect nodules as more as possible, so as to ensure its collection efficiency. To realize the new mining paths, theoretical designs and quantitative calculations were carried out to determine the exact positions for the speed controls of the miner during its whole operation process. With the new dynamic model of the miner, and through regulations of the speeds of the left and right tracks of the miner on the exact motion positions according to the theoretical calculations, the two new improved mining paths for the miner on the seafloor were successfully simulated, thus the turning radius of the miner in the simulation is about 21.8 m, while the distance between the straight-line trajectories before and after the turning is about 5.2 m. The dynamic simulation results preliminarily prove the feasibility of these two new mining paths, and further can provide important theoretical guidance and useful technical reference for the practical tracked miner operation and control on the seafloor.

摘要：The new mechanism of drum-shaped gear with ring-involute teeth is presented to implement dimensional transmission for the stairlift. The structure of the gear and rack in this actuating mechanism is designed, and then its inherent radius of turn and modulus selection have been studied. In order to make the mechanism move steadily, the drive guide is proposed. After using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS to analyze the 3D model, this kind of mechanism is confirmed to be able to implement dimensional track. The useful method and basis would be provided for the optimization design of the mechanism.

摘要：Landing dynamic simulation and landing-gear optimization design are used to improve the landing-gear design for a flexible airplane. Landing response is simulated by using velocity-squared damping, polytropic exponential air-compression spring, tire force power function characteristics, and an equivalent three-mass *** of landing-gear parameters is performed considering the maximum displacement of the landing-gear shock stroke, the maximum landing-gear force and the maximum deformation of the wingtip in the landing impact. Resutls show that landing-gear design parameters have an important influence on the structural flexibility of the airplane. And the landing performance of the landing-gear can be improved by the optimized metering pin type landing-gear.

摘要：The flight control systems, designed in order to assure the necessary safety level even in failure conditions, are generally characterized by a proper redundant layout. The redundancies must be designed in order to assure an adequate system behavior when some failures are present; in fact an incorrect layout may cause serious shortcomings concerning the response when some component is not operational. Therefore the usual correct design activities request the complete analysis of the system behavior in failure condition. The work analyses the response of a redundant secondary flight control hydraulic servo-mechanism equipped with some proper equalization devices, when some of the most probable and representative failures are present. It must be noted that the redundancy layout, designed in order to assure the necessary safety level even in failure conditions, may behave improperly during normal operations, if the system architecture is unsuitable, when manufacturing defects are present. The improper behavior, generally consisting of force fighting or speed fighting caused by different offsets or asymmetries between the two sections of the system, may be usually overcome by means of a suitable equalization device. Therefore, the system behavior during and following the failure transient greatly depends on both its redundancy architecture and related equalization device. The above mentioned problems have been studied by means of an appropriate physical-mathematical model of a typical electro-hydraulic servo-mechanism prepared to the purpose, performing a certain number of simulations of representative actuations in which different types of failures are accurately modeled. In the opinion of the authors, this paper concerns a topic quite neglected but important in the technical literature. At the best of the authors＇ knowledge, no specific scientific work in this field is available, excepting some industrial technical reports.

摘要：How CAD design and simulation tools can assist in developing vacuum circuit breaker （VCB） in general is demonstrated. The electric field calculation has been widely utilized for electrical insulation design of VCB. ADAMS is applied in dynamic simulation to fulfill the complex calculation of mechanical characteristics. Satisfactory simulation results can be obtained by iteratively refining parameters of the model, and it is shown that this scheme can be used to provide a good basis for optimum design of VCB.

摘要：In this modern era, power generation seems to be a very demanding factor. New models and methods have been proposed to derive from various natural and manmade resources. In such instances, this paper gives a detailed report on the power generation from Micro Turbines. Micro turbine plays a very important role in electric power generation. Especially they are used in the combined cycle process power plants. The parameters of Rowen’s model 265-MW single shaftheavy duty gas turbines which are used in dynamic studies are estimated in this paper using the operational and performance data. These data are also used to briefly explain the extraction of parameters of the used model. Micro turbine parameters are approximated using simple thermodynamics assumptions. Micro turbine power generation seems to be an uprising and a promising source and an exact design with a perfect model is capable of producing the highest efficiency. Thus this paper is proposed on the aspects of social awareness to elaborate the control design of Micro Turbine Power Generation System. The parameters of micro turbine models are derived and the results of several simulated tests using Matlab/Simulink are presented.
