摘要：Transmittance and chromaticity are essential requirements for optical performance of thin-film transistor(TFT)***,it is still a challenge to get high transmittance and excellent chromaticity at the same *** this paper,optimized optical design by using antireflection film theory and optical phase modulation is demonstrated in low temperature poly-silicon(LTPS)TFT *** realize high transmittance,the refractive index difference of adjacent films is modified by using silicon oxynitride(SiOxNy)with adjustable refractive *** realize excellent chromaticity,the thicknesses of multilayer films are precisely regulated for antireflection of certain wavelength *** results show that the transmittance and chromaticity have been improved by about 6%and 18‰,respectively,at the same time,which is a big step forward for high optical performance of TFT *** device characteristics of the TFT arrays with the optimal design,such as threshold voltage and electron mobility,are comparable to those of conventional TFT *** optimized optical design results in enhanced power-conversion efficiencies and perfects the multilayer film design on the basic theory,which has great practicability to be applied in TFT arrays.

摘要：A high-performance concrete （HPC） is required to have superior performance in various aspects such as workability,strength, durability, dimensional stability, segregation stability, and passing ability. The mix design of HPC is rather complicatedbecause the number of ingredients in HPC is usually more than those in conventional concrete and some of the required propertiesare conflicting with each other in the sense that improvement in one property would at the same time cause impairment of anotherproperty. However, there is still lack of understanding regarding how the various mix parameters should be optimised forachieving best overall performance. Most practitioners are still conducting mix design primarily through trial concrete mixing,which is laborious, ineffective, and often unable to timely respond to fluctuations in the properties of raw materials. To addressthese issues, the authors have been developing the packing and film thickness theories of concrete materials, in order to revamp themix design philosophy of HPC in terms of the water film thickness （WFT）, paste film thickness （PFT）, and mortar film thickness（MFT） in the concrete. Based on the findings from an extensive experimental programme, suitable ranges ofWFT, PFT, and MFThave been recommended.

摘要：This study investigates the current situation of the film and television education in primary and secondary schools in China. The purpose is to find out the problems existing in the current film and television education in primary and secondary schools, and give improvement measures. A questionnaire was designed in this study and teachers in 89 primary and secondary schools in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province filled in the questionnaires. A total of 355 valid questionnaires were collected. This study analyzed the survey data, and drawn a series of conclusions about the current situation of film and television education in primary and secondary schools on the basis of data analysis. Based on the results of the survey, some suggestions are given to provide reference for the development of film and television education in primary and secondary schools.

摘要：The water vapor permeability （WVP） of films is important when developing pharmaceutical applications. films are frequently used as coatings, and as such directly influence the quality of the medicine. The optimization of processing conditions for sodium alginate films was investigated using response surface methodology. Single-factor tests and Box-Behnken experimental design were employed. WVP was selected as the response variable, and the operating parameters for the single-factor tests were sodium alginate concentration, carboxymethyl cellulose （CMC） concentration and CaClz solution immersion time. The coefficient of determination （R2） was 0.97, indicating statistical significance. A minimal WVP of 0.389 8 g-mm/（m^***） was achieved under the optimum conditions. These were found to be a sodium alginate concentration, CMC concentration and CaCl2 solution immersion time at 8.04%, 0.13%, and 12 min, respectively. This provides a reference for potential applications in manufacturing film-coated hard capsule shells.
