摘要：In order to realize the processing and retrieval of magnetic thin sheet materials in industrial production, this paper proposed a kind of transfer device for magnetic thin sheet raw material, which uses rodless cylinders as the main motive device and the programmable logic controller （PLC） to achieve the required functions, and applies the finite element analysis method to analyze its main components in the end of the design.

摘要：Die forging process of piston tail and its key technology are analyzed in detail. The key issue is to reduce friction force between punch and billet to facilitate metal flow towards two ends. Three-step forging scheme is used, namely preforming, final forging and cutting the flash. Preforming is critical for the success of the whole process and two schemes are compared. First two steps are simulated using 3D-Deform software. Simulation results show that the process is feasible and its validity is verified.

摘要：Firstly, sample square-circular transition tube along straight central route was modeled on CATIA software. The parameters are as follows： let the tube length is L, and the constant cross section area is S, and S = πR^2 = a2, in which R stands for the circle radius on one end, and a the square side length on the other end; set up the coordinate system with OX axis on the central route in which the origin O is on centroid of the square end and assume the cross section size at x as the square shaped with all four comers filleted in radius r which is proportional to x, that is, the linear slope of r is R/L, thus, both values r and square side length ax can be attained on the constant cross section area assumption. Secondly, some sample polygonal-circular transition tubes along straight, circular and helical central route were implemented similarly. Thirdly, numerical analysis of stress and displacement of these tubes were carried out on MSC/PATRAN software which are important to the distribution of turbulent flow and the layout of these transitional tube structures.

And the robot has been optimized by the means of human-interference engineering. The primary components of the robot have been analyzed by Ansys workbench.

摘要：In this paper, it introduced the mechanical structure design of the multifunctional walking rehabilitation robot, We used the SolidWorks to design and assemble the rehabilitation robot, and optimized the rehabilitation robot based on ergonomics. The result shows that the multifunctional walking rehabilitation robot has the characteristics of complete functions, convenient operation, compact structure and so on. It can meet the requirements of medical care equipment, and effectively complete the nursing work of patients.
