摘要：flexible photodetectors have become a focus of current researches because they may offer some unique applications in various new areas that require flexible, lightweight, and mechanical shock-resistive sensing elements. In this work, we designed flexible organic-inorganic hybrid photodetectors on various flexible substrates, including polyethylene terephthalate （PET）, common Sellotape and polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS）, with n-type phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester （PCBM） and p-type pearl-like GaP nanowires （NWs） as the active materials. The as-fabricated hybrid devices exhibited an optimized performance superior to the device made of pristine GaP NWs, with a fast response time （43 ms） and high on/off ratio （-170）. Under different bending conditions, the flexible hybrid photodetectors demonstrated excellent flexibility and electrical stability, which make them very promising for further large-scale, high sensitivity and high speed photodetector applications.

摘要：As promising candidates for energy-storage devices, supercapacitors （SCs） have attracted considerable attention because of their unique features, such as their high power density, outstanding rate capability, excellent cycling performance, and safety. The recent boom in portable electronic devices requires high- performance SCs that are flexible, simplified, thin, and integrated. Tremendous efforts have been directed towards the design and integration of planar micro- SCs （MSCs） based on different active electrode materials by various methods. This review highlights the recent developments in the device design of flexible planar MSCs and their integration with other electronic devices. The current challenges and future prospects for the development of flexible MSCs are also discussed.

摘要：In order to fulfill the ever-growing requirements for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials,achieving a high efficiency with great flexibility is still a big ***,high-performance EMI shielding composite films with excellent mechanical properties were fabricated via a convenient evaporation method using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)and silver nanowires(Ag NWs)as conductive *** adding 1.38 wt% Ag NWs into the original polyvinyl alcohol/PEDOT:PSS(PVA/PEDOT:PSS)composite,the obtained film with a thickness of about 20μm shows a remarkable EMI shielding performance(~33 dB)and a special EMI shielding efficiency of 16,800 dB cm^(-1) at 10 ***,PVA/PEDOT:PSS/Ag NWs films present excellent tensile strength(~62.39 MPa)and elongation at break(~29.3%).The good mechanism allows the films to apply in actual harsh ***,this study will draw attention to the new films for electromagnetic shielding application.

摘要：The increase of satellite’s dimensions has caused flexibility and formation of uncertainty in their model. This is because of space missions being more complex and using light moving structures in satellites. Satellites are also encountered with various circumferential disturbance torques. This uncertainty in model and disturbance torques will cause undesirable performance of satellites’ attitude control system. So, for attitude control of these satellites, those methods should be used which are robust to uncertainty of the plant’s model and can reject the effects of disturbances and the measurement noise. One of these methods is the robust control design method. But, because of pole’s place of these satellite’s dynamics equations, the designing procedure of robust control will face difficulties. In this paper, by using an internal feedback as a novel idea, the satellite’s dynamics equations are changed in such a way that the poles will be placed in proper locations. Then, for these new equations, by regarding the effects of flexibility as uncertainty and considering the uncertainty in inertia matrix of satellite, an H∞ controller has been designed and for better performance, a μ-controller has been improved. Afterwards, these two controllers are analyzed and compared for the original dynamic equations, not for the modified ones. Also, for comparison, a classic controller has been also designed for the original plant and eventually all these three controllers are compared with each other.

摘要：Newborn two-dimensional materials(NB2DMs) beyond graphene such as transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) exhibit excellent optoelectronic and mechanical properties as well as high theoretical specific capacity, which make them become the promising building blocks of flexible energy devices related to energy conversion and storage. Compared to graphene with zero band gap or traditional friable materials such as Si, these NB2 DMs are more suitable to construct flexible devices as active layers of optoelectronic devices or as active materials for batteries. The present review focuses on the recent advances in bendable energy devices based on NB2 DMs, including batteries, supercapacitors(SCs), solar cells, photodetectors and nanogenerators(NGs). The NB2 DMs pave a new way to construct next-generation flexible energy devices with improved performance and we believe that those devices will be seen in our daily life and change our lifestyle in the immediate future.
