摘要：Geographic and Geospatial information systems (GISs) have especially benefited from increased development of their inherent capabilities and improved deployment. These systems offer a wide range of services, for example, user-friendly forms that interact with the geospatial components for locational information and geographic extents. An online distributed platform was designed for forest resource management with map elements residing on a GIS platform. This system is accessible on non-authenticated browsers optimized for desktops;whereas the online resource management forms are also accessible on mobile platforms. The system was primarily designed to aid foresters in implementing resource management plans or track threats to forest resource. Baseline data from the system can be easily visualized and mapped. Other data from the systemcan provide input for stochastic analyses especially with respect to forest resource management.

摘要：This paper investigates modalities required to design and implement community monitoring of forest carbon stock changes and safeguards implementation in Kenya. General principles and elements were drawn from the UNFCCC REDD+ policy frameworks for developing modalities and procedures for designing community forest monitoring system. The paper utilised policy analysis approach used to derive monitoring goals and objectives by assessing the compatibility of Kenya’s policy and legislative framework with monitoring elements provided in the UNFCCC REDD+ policy mechanism. The elements included monitoring goals, objectives, questions, indicators, and methods and tools. Two goals were identified which included, reduction of forest carbon emissions (ER) and monitoring of multiple social and environmental safeguards (SG). Five ER related objectives were identified to include: forest reference emission levels or forest reference levels, drivers of deforestation and forest degradation, Land use activities, eligible ER actions and estimation of forest emissions. Six objectives guiding SG were identified to include: policy, governance, human rights, socio-economic, biodiversity and environmental concerns. Corresponding questions to the goals and objectives were systematically designed. In turns, indicators, depicting quantitative and qualitative measurements, which best provided answers to questions were identified. The various methods and tools used by communities around the world in providing data and information required to satisfy the indictors were identified through literature review. The review identified four methods and tools that included: Remote Sensing and GIS, GPS survey, smartphone survey and Ground trothing. Smartphone and cloud-based server technology were found to be the recent emergent tools in aiding community monitoring of REDD+ projects. 摘要：Rapid growth in population and gross domestic product in Chinese urban regions such as Beijing has resulted in a large amount of CO2 emissions from fossil fuels. forests are considered the most important carbon sink to offset these carbon emissions. In this study we estimated forest carbon storage in Beijing using forest inventory data and the biomass expansion factors method. We analyzed trends in the forest ecosystem and its fractions along altitudinal gradients. We concluded that broad-leaved forest is the main forest carbon pool in Beijing, and forest carbon is mainly stored in plains at an altitude of＆lt;60 m a.s.l. and in the low mountainous area at an altitude of 60-600 m a.s.l. forest ecosystem carbon density in Beijing increases with altitudinal gradients but slightly decreases in regions at altitudes that range from 200-400 m a.s.l. forest vegetation carbon density of the plain area at an altitude of ＆lt;60 m a.s.l. is much higher than other areas, attributable to the high ratios of the plantation of Populus spp. and Larix principisrupprechtii with higher vegetation carbon densities than others and human practices such as fertilization and irrigation which are beneifcial for vegetation carbon accumulation. The forest soil carbon density in Beijing also increases with increasing altitude, attributable to decreasing soil carbon output with altitude. Management practices such as understory cultivation, irrigation, fertilization and scariifcation directly accelerate carbon emissions from soil heterotrophic respiration which decreases with altitude. Soil erosion in areas that range from 200-800 m a.s.l. also decrease with altitude as management practices decrease. This study will underpin scientiifc knowledge for local forest managers to adopt more appropriate practices to protect forest ecosystems and to improve forest carbon storage.

摘要：This study on the development of a psychotherapy program based on the relationship between forests and human health focused on actively considering the natural ecological environment. This study categorized and compared an art psychotherapy program that simply moved to an outdoor space and a forest-art therapy program that actively utilized the forest environment as a medium. The characteristics of the natural environment, such as openness, change, and diversity, shortened the amount of time participants took to develop a rapport and open up and played a vital role in recovering mental health. After a bold attempt at integrating forest environment and art psychotherapy by going beyond outdoor art therapy, there were significant results pertaining to improvements in mental disorders in today’s society, including stress vulnerabilities, depression, anxiety, and aggression. The research results verified that the developed forest-art therapy method had greater efficacy in relation to both the Stress Vulnerability-Interpersonal Sensitivity Scale and the Stress Vulnerability-Self-Regulation Scale.

摘要：Fire-tower is effectively applied in forest fire prevention and commanding system, especially in fire monitor and position. After explaining the significance of scientific planning of fire-tower, this paper analyzes GIS`s functions in building forest fire prevention system. This paper uses case study method, which designs a model, fire tower planning and analysis, based on MapGIS platform. After that, it directs us how to realize these functions based on MapGIS-TDE which is a 3D platform belonged to MapGIS. This paper gives us scientific ways to fire tower planning in forest fire system which promotes informationization of forest fire prevention management.

摘要：There existed a large area of lakes and original ecological mountain in "Tianchi Hill" in Nanning of Guangxi Province due to geographic advantage. Its design and planning should be in accordance with original topography, and landscape design was in harmonious integration with original ecological environment. There were five greening landscape groups in the residential area, which were equipped with stilt space greenbelt, garden feature greenbelt, water-front greenbelt and waterscape system, lending the whole planning the characteristics of "restoration of nature, unity of heaven and human, integration of modernity and classics".

摘要：基于齿轮箱广泛应用于机械设备的现状,满足企业对于其运行状态评估的现实需求,研究设计了针对齿轮箱监测和诊断的平台系统,以温度、振动等多源指标实时监控齿轮箱运行状况,并基于专家系统对异常数据进行诊断与反馈。以J2EE平台和SSH三层架构进行系统开发,通过底层调用MySQL、界面层运用ECharts对数据进行操作;以Jess引擎作为核心推理模块,建立基于孤立森林与模糊推理的专家系统。该系统可实时地显示齿轮箱运行数据,并完成对异常数据的诊断反馈,能够有效地应用于实际工业领域。
