In order to quantitatively measure the contributions of input variables to the system reliability, a global sensitivity index is proposed, the properties of which are also discussed. Then the proposed index is tested with an aeronautical hydraulic pipeline system, which is under the excitation of pump vibration and at a risk of resonance failure. 摘要：Under global warming scenarios, the passive method of simply increasing the thermal resistance by raising the embankment height and using insulating materials has been proven ineffective in warm and ice-rich permafrost areas and therefore could not be used in the Qinghai-Tibet Railway engineering. Instead, a proactive "cooled-roadbed" approach was developed and used to lower the ground temperature in order to maintain a perennially frozen subgrade. The concept that local and site-specific factors play an important role in the occurrence and disappearance of permafrost has helped us to devise a number of measures to cool down the roadbed. For example, we adjust and control heat transfer by using different embankment configurations and fill materials. The Qinghai-Tibet Railway project demonstrates that a series of proactive roadbed-cooling methods can be used to lower the temperature of permafrost beneath the embankment and to stabilize the roadbed. These methods include solar radiation control using shading boards, heat convection control using ventilation ducts, thermosyphons, air-cooled embankments, and heat conduction control using "thermal semi-conductor" materials, as well as combinations of above mentioned three control measures. This road-bed-cooling approach provides not only a solution for engineering construction in sensitive permafrost areas but also a countermeasure against possible global warming.

摘要：各类高校导航应用层出不穷,导航应用服务功能上依旧有所欠缺,只能简单指示用户的室外位置,不包含详细介绍信息,甚至部分地点不能指明位置,系统开发周期较长,同时没有实时互动漫游效果。设计了一个校园漫游互动AR系统,结合GPS模块进行室外定位,运用深度学习技术实现校园室内定位,采用增强现实(AR)技术提高系统的可交互性。实验结果表明,提出的校园漫游互动AR系统能较为有效的进行校园定位,在此基础上拓展的漫游服务能够为来访者实时提供高校信息,进一步为校园文化传播提供平台。

摘要：This paper develops fuzzy H∞ filter for state estimation approach for nonlinear discretetime systems with multiple time delays and unknown bounded disturbances. We design a stable fuzzy H∞ filter based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model, which assures asymptotic stability and a prescribed H∞ index for the filtering error system. Sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is established by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem. The LMI problem can be efficiently solved with global convergence using the interior point algorithm. Simulation exanples are provided to illustrate the design procedure of the proposed method.

摘要：According to the characteristic of Grid geographical information system (GridGIS), data distribution, heterogeneity and diversity in the grid environment, combining the high demand for shared resources and the purpose to realize unified and efficient management and sharing of distributed and mass resources, this paper proposed a grid GIS application building program on a number of peer-to-peer global Managers designs. This paper discussed the building process of the application domain, the selection criteria of application domain manager, the database design of application domain, and every service function module design of application domain. The integration of the application domain builds the three-tier management system of the node, the application domain, and the global management. The spatial query tests of distributed environment have shown that, the application domain is established to manage and share the distributed resources efficiently, and enhance the business processing functions in the grid environment.

摘要：相关器是高动态GPS接收机的关键组成部分.利用FPGA技术,研制了高动态GPS 12通道半定制相关器芯片,阐述了相关器的总体结构设计以及各模块的详细设计.采用模块化设计思想,重点设计了跟踪通道模块、时基发生器模块、寄存器组模块和地址译码模块.各个模块通过VHDL语言在FPGA中实现.实验结果表明:理论分析与实验结果是吻合的,研制的相关器配合TMS320C6713工作稳定,能够满足接收机速度为12km/s、加速度为10g、加加速度为10g/s的高动态指标.

摘要：This paper discusses a special class of mathematical programs with equilibrium constraints. At first, by using a generalized complementarity function, the discussed problem is transformed into a family of general nonlinear optimization problems containing additional variable μ. Furthermore, combining the idea of penalty function, an auxiliary problem with inequality constraints is presented. And then, by providing explicit searching direction, we establish a new conjugate projection gradient method for optimization with nonlinear complementarity constraints. Under some suitable conditions, the proposed method is proved to possess global and superlinear convergence rate.
