摘要：针对诺如病毒Ⅱ型的保守区域设计引物,建立了SYBR green Ⅰ实时荧光RT-PCR检测诺如病毒Ⅱ型的反应体系。此方法的病毒检测下限达到10^2拷贝,标准曲线的线形范围为10^2-10^6拷贝,相关系数为0.9952,斜率为-2.982,截距为35.84。对诺如病毒Ⅱ型检测特异,与轮状病毒、腺病毒、甲肝病毒、星状病毒无交叉反应。针对质粒标准品检测的批内试验变异系数（CV）为0.95%-1.69%（n=5）,批间试验CV为0.87%-1.24%（n=3）。运用此方法随机检测30份贝类水产品,检测出2份阳性样品。结果表明,SYBR green Ⅰ荧光RT-PCR检测诺如病毒Ⅱ型的方法灵敏、特异、重复性好,可应用于贝类水产品的快速检测。

摘要：In modern green land planning, it should highlight the application of native plants and the construction of urban three-dimensional greening. By taking green land reconstruction of Yangliu River of Wenjiang City as an example, the site condition and design concept have been analyzeds; and furthermore, reconstruction schemes have been explained in detail based on five themes. It has emphasized composing landscape based on sections, enriching plant levels, improve forest canopy line and enrich tour space. Plants on green lands can be moved, adjusted, transformed, added and supplemented.

摘要：近期，表观遗传学与肿瘤发生关系的研究日益增多。DNA甲基化是表观遗传学的重要组成部分，并已成为肿瘤早期诊断的研究热点。甲基化特异性PCR（MSP）是检测DNA甲基化的常用方法之一，该方法灵敏度和特异度高，但操作繁琐，难以自动化。TaqMan荧光定量PCR法，即Methylight在MSP的基础上设计1条TaqMan探针，该方法的准确性和检测的灵敏度都很高。然而，因需要设计合成特异的探针而使其的应用受限，而且TaqMan探针昂贵。本研究建立SYBRgreenⅠ荧光定量PCR（FQ—PCR）检测DNA甲基化的方法，通过临床标本检测和对比试验，以证明其与Methylight的检测效能，以便为DNA甲基化检测的临床应用提供工具。

摘要：This paper elaborated natural conditions of Dali City,jurisdictions which included 2 offices,2 towns,89 village offices and 429 natural villages,and planning scope which contained the precinct area of Dali City and covers a total area of 1 815 *** accordance with the urban development space and functional layout of "one lake,two lines and two slices"("one lake" refers to Erhai Lake;"two lines" stands for the area in the east and west of Erhai Lake;"two slices" indicates the area in the north and south of Erhai Lake),based on the construction of provincial and national garden city and of large landscape city,green spatial network system with the combination of "spot","line" and "surface" was put forward,so as to manifest "largeness","wideness","harmony" and "linkage".And finally,the planning structure of green space system of "two circles,two slices,four belts,seven spots and eighteen waterfronts area"("two circles" refers to the area around the lake and the area around the mountain,"two slices" stands for the area in the north and south of Erhai Lake,"four belts" means four landscape belts of the garden city,"seven spots" indicates the seven green landscape spots in villages and towns,"eighteen waterfronts area" is colored green belt in eighteen stream's basin) was proposed.

摘要：The sustainability of the planning and design goals of urban green land and that of its maintenance and management are mutually related and act as an organic whole. For a long time, the independence of the two is more prominent than their organic connection. This research has made preliminary considerations from three aspects. First, it concerns infusing the concept of ecology, contemplating and demonstrating space, as well as reducing the incidence of plant diseases and insect pests of urban green land. Second, the arrangement of flowers and trees for the planning and design of urban green land should comply with the biological attributes of flowers and trees to realize the organic unification of biological and scenic attributes of flowers and trees. Third, the planning and design of urban green land should attach importance to the organic unification of biological and scenic attributes of lawn grass seeds and reduce the difficulty of maintaining lawn. This research attempts to reduce the pressure of maintaining urban green land from the beginning, i.e. the planning and design of urban green land. It also tries to reduce the cost of maintenance and management to the realize planning and design goals of urban green land and the sustainability concerning its maintenance and management and arrive at the mutual unification of the planning and design as well as maintenance and management of urban green land.

摘要：Taking green space reform in the Old Wujie Residential District of Urumqi Railway Bureau for example, current situation of green spaces in old residential districts of Urumqi City was introduced, and problems were summarized as "limited plant species, simple plant furnishings; improper planting location; conflicts between plant and pipe layout; serious competition leading to poor growth of plants; small ratio of green space, worn infrastructure; backward management level, and poor protection consciousness of residents". In view of these problems, relevant suggestions were given to improve infrastructure and plant furnishings in the study district, and to provide reference for green space reform in old residential districts in northwest China.
