摘要：This paper reports the outcome of a study investigating four electrical heat-tracing strategies that can be employed to avoid wax deposition in subsea flowlines transporting untreated crude oil from subsea wells to a host installation. The strategies, described in the paper, are distinct by the configuration of deploying the heat tracing along the pipe and by the activation schedule (continuous or alternating heating cycles). The study demonstrates quantitatively that the electrical power required for maintaining wax-free flow depends strongly on the employed strategy. The complex thermo-hydraulic flow was modeled using a commercial Dynamic Multiphase Flow Simulator with wax deposition option and thermal insulation as an input parameter. In conclusion, the paper ranks the strategies according to their computed energy efficiency, thus providing quantitative benchmarks for preliminary wax control assessment.

摘要：Preliminary investigation shows that air sourced type heat pumps by energy efficiency are competitive with gas boilers having 93% of coefficient of performance （COP） if heat pumps are used in climatic zones, having outside air temperature higher than （-3 ℃ to -5 ℃）. But, in such conditions the heat pump＇s evaporator is covered by ice crust, which cuts off the flow of outside air-heat source through the evaporator of heat pump. For avoiding stating problems it is recommended to use as heat source a mixture of waste warm gases. In this article a high efficiency heating-cooling system is developed, consisting of warm gases mixture sourced heat pump, heating boiler operating simultaneously with heat pump and solar air heater. The heating demand of the served house is shared between boiler and heat pump. Instead of outside air the warm gases mixture enters into evaporator of heat pump. A new construction of heat exchanger was developed. The article presents the structure and principle of operation, as well as the method for optimization and design of suggested system. Analysis proved high energy efficiency and cost effectiveness of the new system.

摘要：This article is in view of the existing water dispensers’ repeated heating, large energy consumption and fresh water quality’s problem, designed a new type energy saving water dispenser with the function of rapid cooling-or-heating. Anhydrous bravery structure is used in the water dispensers in drinking water flow process to cool or heat it, so as to ensure the water quality fresh. Among them, the application of semiconductor refrigeration technology achieved collecting heat and preheating the water [1], which is called the initial heating. Cooperating with the secondary heating of the electrothermal quartz heating tube, the water dispensers really realize the flowing liquid heating, bid farewell to the so-called thousand-times boiling water and improve the heat energy utilization greatly [2].
