摘要：A quasi-optical dielectric lens used for W-band focal plane array passive imaging has been developed. The imaging system requires the lens to form beam spot with 3 dB width less than 35 mm at distance of 3500 mm. The powerful optical design software ZEMAX was utilized to design the contours of the lens, and numerical method based on ray tracing and Huygens’ Principle was processed to verify the design result. Measurement result shows that the 3 dB width of the beam spot formed by the lens is 34 mm at distance of 3460 mm, and the beam pattern on imaging plane are equally arranged and the intensity decreases only 0.55 dB while the object lateral deviation increases to 300 mm.

摘要：Background: Even though NIR fluorescence imaging has many advantages in SLN mapping and cancer detection, NIR fluorescence imaging shows a serious drawback that NIR cannot be detected by the naked eye without any detectors. This limitation further disturbs accurate SLN detection and adequate tumor resection resulting in the presence of cancerous cells near the boundaries of surgically removed tissues. Materials and methods: To overcome the drawback of the conventional NIR imaging method, we suggest a novel NIR imaging system which can make the NIR fluorescence image visible to the naked eye as NIR fluorescence image detected by a video camera is processed by a computer and then projected back onto the NIR fluorescence excitation position with a projector using conspicuous color light. Image processing techniques were used for projection onto the exact position of the NIR fluorescence image. Also, we implemented a phantom experiment to evaluate the performance of the developed NIR fluorescence projection system by use of the ICG. Results: The developed NIR fluorescence projection system was applied in normal mouse model to confirm the usefulness of the system in the clinical field. A BALB/c nude mouse was prepared to be applied in normal mouse model and 0.25 mg/ml stock solution of the ICG was injected through a tail vein of the mouse. From the application in normal mouse model, we could confirm that the injected ICG stayed in the liver of the mouse and verify that the projection system projected the ICG fluorescence image at the exact location of the ICG by performing laparotomy of the mouse. Conclusions: From the application in normal mouse model, we could verify that the ICG fluorescence image was precisely projected back on the site where ICG fluorescence generated. It can be demonstrated that the NIR fluorescence projection system can make it possible to visualize the invisible NIR fluorescence image and to realize that SLN mapping and cancer detection in clinic

摘要：Aim To research on a stable microbubble with good acoustic properties and excellent imaging enhancing effect, and to make it to be a promising agent for the enhancement of ultrasound imaging in the ultrasound diagnosis of cardiovascular system diseases. Methods The morphology, size and zeta potential of lipid-coated microbubbles （LCM）, the acoustic properties of backscatter, and the second harmonic scatter of LCM were determined. Furthermore, the relationship between the concentrations and the amplitude values of the second harmonic was investigated by testing the intensities of the second harmonic at different concentrations. The imaging effect of LCM was also studied in vitro. Results The mean diameter of LCM was 3.38 μm with 95% of the bubbles under 5 μm. The scatter signal generated by microbubbles was observed under different concentrations in the bistatic modes while the position of transmitting transducer and receiving transducer was orthogonal. The intensity of the second harmonic scatter fell with the decrease of microbubble concentration. The increase rate of the second harmonic amplitude values generated by the microbubbles versus that by physiological saline was linear with the natural logarithm of bubble concentrations. The LCM could enhance the ultrasound image of thrombus. Conclusion The LCM exhibited good physical state and acoustic properties, which could increase the imaging quality.

摘要：Ankylosing spondylitis(AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects 1% of the general population. As one of the most severe types of spondyloarthropathy, AS affects the spinal vertebrae and sacroiliac joints, causing debilitating pain and loss of mobility. The goal of this review is to provide an overview of AS, from the pathophysiological changes that occur as the disease progresses, to genetic factors that are involved with its onset. Considering the high prevalence in the population, and the debilitating life changes that occur as a result of the disease, a strong emphasis is placed on the diagnostic imaging methods that are used to detect this condition, as well as several treatment methods that could improve the health of individuals diagnosed with AS.

摘要：目的：报告9例关节内原发恶性肿瘤病例，探讨合理的诊断方法及治疗方案。方法2001年8月至2011年7月共收治关节内原发恶性肿瘤的9例，其中男6例、女3例，年龄21～76岁、平均43.8岁。7例滑膜肉瘤（均为膝关节），1例脂肪肉瘤（膝关节），1例恶性弥漫性巨细胞瘤（髋关节）。回顾其临床表现、影像特点、诊断途径、手术方式，评价术后关节功能、并发症及转归。结果9例入院前均有关节疼痛，MRI典型表现为T1加权像低信号，T2加权像高信号或混杂信号伴明显强化，均接受手术治疗，术后平均随访27.5（12～60）个月，中位随访27个月，4例最终行截肢术，另5例保肢治疗后功能良好。结论关节内原发恶性肿瘤发病率极低；易误诊为良性病变。本组病例以膝关节滑膜肉瘤多见；术前需活检明确诊断，根据病理结果制订治疗方案（行新辅助化疗或术后放化疗），患者能有良好的预后。根据MRI评估关节受累情况，需设计良好的外科切除边界；获得有效的肿瘤切除。
