摘要：A new transparent photovoltaic panel composed of a luminescent solar concentrator and Al/BaTiO3/ZnO/Pt ferroelectric solar cells is presented,in which a portion of the incoming solar illumination is converted by the fluorophores to ultraviolet(UV)light which is then absorbed by ***,the solar cells are simulated using ***,the panel is modelled based on the obtained solar cell *** panel would be of great importance for building integrated photovoltaics domain because of its high transparency.

摘要：A brand new design of integrated corrosion information system is introduced to meet the constantly increasing demands of material corrosion information. Two concepts, "general-purpose corrosion data model" and "public corrosion data ex-changing interface", are suggested to integrate a wide variety of corrosion data sources based on detailed analysis on characteristics of each source in order to promote the information sharing and data mining. The architecture of integrated corrosion information environment is blueprinted. The insight analysis is focused on 1) architecture of the system; 2) data flow and information sharing; 3) roles of system players and their interactions; 4) approaches to data integration. Several key issues are addressed in detail including coverage of data model, data source integration and mitigation, and data granularity from system performance and model acceptance points of view. At the end, the design and implementation ap-proach of general corrosion data model is presented based on cutting edge IT techniques.

摘要：A compacted and low-offset low-power CMOS am- plifier for biosensor application is presented in this paper. It includes a low offset Op-Amp and a high precision current reference. With a novel continuous-time DC offset rejection scheme, the IC achieves lower offset voltage and lower power consumption compared to previous designs. This configuration rejects large DC offset and drift that exist at the skin-electrode interface without the need of external components. The proposed amplifier has been implemented in SMIC 0.18-μm 1P6M CMOS technol-ogy, with an active silicon area of 100 μm by 120 μm. The back-annotated simulation results demonstrated the circuit features the systematic offset voltage less than 80 μV, the offset drift about 0.27 μV/℃ for temperature ranging from –30℃ to 100℃ and the total power dissipation consumed as low as 37.8 μW from a 1.8 V single supply. It dedicated to monitor low amplitude biomedical signals recording.
