摘要：Wireless relaying has been known to provide the improvements in link reliability, spectral efficiency, and coverage extension. In this paper, we use full duplex relays for interference Alignment (IA) in K-users interference Channel (IC) and show K Degrees of Freedom (DOF) is achievable. In first hop, relays receive signals from transmitters and forward them to receivers in second hop. Two iteratively algorithms are proposed for computing relays function, precoder, and decoder matrices. First algorithm minimizes leakage interference at receivers that has appropriate performance at high Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) region. Furthermore, the second algorithm has better performance at low-mediate SNR. The performance of proposed algorithms are compared with other schemes and validated with simulation in terms of achieved sum rate.

摘要：microRNAs are post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression that recruit RNA silencing complexes to target transcripts to prevent translation and promote their degradation. Experimental studies suggest that microRNA binding to target transcripts can result in as much as a 90% decrease in gene expression. Because of this feature, the microRNA pathway has been utilized as a vehicle for potent RNA interference (RNAi). In recent years, significant advances have been made in engineering artificial microRNA vectors for RNAi in a number of biological systems, with the most progress in plants but also some success in mouse and human cell lines. In this mini-review, we provide a brief discussion of the potential of this technology in comparison with other RNAi strategies, and the current challenges in the design of microRNA-based RNAi vectors, particularly for animal systems.

摘要：A quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) of a series of benzothiazole derivatives showing a potent and selective cytotoxicity against a tumorigenic cell line has been studied by using the density functional theory (DFT), molecular mechanics (MM+) and statistical methods, and the QSAR equation was established via a correlation analysis and a stepwise regression analysis. A new scheme determining outliers by “leave-one-out” (LOO) cross-validation coefficient (q n-i 2 ) was suggested and successfully used. In the established optimal equation (excluding two outliers), the steric parameter (MR R) and the net charge (Q FR) of the first atom of the substituent (R), as well as the square of hydrophobic parameter (IgP)2 of the whole molecule, are the main independent factors contributing to the anticancer activities of the compounds. The fitting correlation coefficient (R 2) and the cross-validation coefficient (q 2) values are 0.883 and 0.797, respectively. it indicates that this model has a significantly statistical quality and an excellent prediction ability. Based on the QSAR studies, 4 new compounds with high predicted anticancer activities have been theoretically designed and they are expected to be confirmed experimentally.

摘要：Strong shock waves and flow separation often occur during the integration of nacelle and airframe for blended-wing-bodies with podded engines. To address this problem, this paper presents an integration method with numerical simulations. The philosophy of channeling flow and avoiding the throat effect on the nacelle and airframe is established based on the analysis of flow interference in the initial configuration. A parametric integration design method is proposed from twodimensional plane to three-dimensional space with control mechanisms and selection principles of the key parameters determined by their influences. Results show that strong shock waves and flow separation can be successfully eliminated under the influence of both the reshaped channel and decelerated inflow below the nacelle. Supersonic regions around the nacelle are effectively reduced, concentrating mainly on the lip position. Thus, a significant cruise drag reduction(8.7%) is achieved though the pressure drag of the nacelle increases.

摘要：Wise arrangement of antennas is critical in wireless cellular systems for both reductions of co-channel interference (CCI) and increase the quality of service (QoS). In this paper, a novel architecture for antenna arrangement in CDMA wireless cellular systems is presented. In this architecture that we called Microzone, every cell is divided into three (or more) zones and information transmission in downlink channel is done by an antenna which is placed at the outer region of the related zone. Also, the transmitting signal by the mobile station (MS) in uplink channel is received by all the antennas of the related cell. Analytical calculations of the received signal to noise ratio (SIR) and outage probability for both microzone and used architectures show that proposed architecture has better performance in compared with the used architecture. Also, simulation results confirm lower outage probability in uplink channel for microzone architecture.

摘要：A chip-level space-time equalization receiver scheme is proposed for multiple-input multiple-output high-speed downlink packet access (MIMO HSDPA) systems to jointly combat the co-channel interference and the inter-code interference. A fractional sample equalizer is also derived to further improve the performance of the receiver. Performance analysis and the calculation of the output signal to interference ratio (SINR) at each receiver antenna are presented to help direct the design of equalization weight in a more optimal manner. System simulations demonstrate the significant performance gain over conventional Rake receiver and high potential of MIMO HSDPA for high-data-rate packet transmission.

摘要：Optimal resource allocation with an objective of maximizing the system capacity is an NP-hard problem in multihop cellular networks. Hence, different heuristic algorithms have been developed over the years that would improve the network system capacity. In this paper, a novel cluster-based architecture is proposed for a two-hop cellular network whereby the transmission distance between any communicating pair is restricted to half the cell radius. In this design, a given radio resource is used by two simultaneously communicating pairs in every hexagonal cell, but for only half the time slot period. The characteristic feature of this cluster-based design is that it enables a frequency reuse ratio of one. The proposed hierarchical system is analyzed and tested under realistic propagation conditions including lognormal shadowing. It has been observed that the system capacity of a cluster-based design is 2.5 times that obtained from the single-hop cellular system with no relaying. In addition, the cluster-based design achieves higher capacity compared to state-of-the-art two-hop algorithms. This is an important finding since the hierarchical cluster-based approach has fewer degrees of freedom in the selection of the routing path for the end-to-end connection. Practical routing algorithms should be able to benefit from this.

This paper describes a new algorithm for 5 axis machining of sculptured surfaces and the algorithm is interference free. The approach includes: (1) the tesselation of the parametric surfaces into triangles; (2) building topological relations among triangles;(3) 5 axis tool path generation; (4) interference detection and tool position correction.

摘要：目的 构建靶向性血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)B链的小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)表达质粒,为进一步研究PDGF基因功能奠定基础.方法 根据PDGF-B链序列设计合成含靶向PDGF基因siRNA转录模板的茎环结构,与两端分别有Bam HI、HindIII酶切位点的pSilencer3.1-Hlhygro质粒连接,转化大肠杆菌,扩增、纯化得到所需质粒,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳及基因测序鉴定其分子量及插入片段的序列.结果 PCR扩增片段与预期结果相符,双酶切证实PDGF siRNA表达载体克隆构建成功,插入片段测序结果与合成的siRNA结果一致.结论 成功构建了靶向性PDGF基因的siRNAs表达质粒.
