摘要：[Objective] The purpose was to select out and identify a flocculant producing strain which could produce high active flocculant.[Method] The strain producing high active flocculant was isolated out and purified through medium culture and the selected strain was identified through observing its culture characters and determining its physiological and biochemical property.[Result] Fourteen strains of bacteria with flocculant producing function were isolated from tested soil samples through isolation,purification and preliminary screening using dilution-spread plate method and plate streaking *** strains of flocculant producing bacteria showing higher flocculation activity were selected out after second screening and their flocculation rates were higher than 70%;the flocculation activity of one strain among them was still stable after multiple subculturings,its flocculation rate was always above 90% and it was marked as ***-1 was encapsulated Gram-positive bacillus and there was no lipid in it,such as poly-β-hydroxybutyric ***-1 was Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,so it was named Bacillus TS-1.[Conclusion] The strain selected out in this experiment could be used in the flocculation and biochemical treatment of wastewater from starch industry.

摘要：A novel vibration isolation device called the nonlinear energy sink(NES)with NiTiNOL-steel wire ropes(NiTi-ST)is applied to a whole-spacecraft *** NiTi-ST is used to describe the damping of the NES,which is coupled with the modified Bouc-Wen model of *** NES with NiTi-ST vibration reduction principle uses the irreversibility of targeted energy transfer(TET)to concentrate the energy locally on the nonlinear oscillator,and then dissipates it through damping in the NES with *** generalized vibration transmissibility,obtained by the root mean square treatment of the harmonic response of the nonlinear output frequency response functions(NOFRFs),is first used as the evaluation index to analyze the whole-spacecraft system in the *** optimization analysis of the impact of system responses is performed using different parameters of NES with NiTi-ST based on the transmissibility of ***,the effects of vibration suppression by varying the parameters of NiTi-ST are analyzed from the perspective of energy *** results indicate that NES with NiTi-ST can reduce excessive vibration of the whole-spacecraft system,without changing its natural ***,the NES with NiTi-ST can be directly used in practical engineering applications.

摘要：Longitudinal and horizontal vibration must both be reduced in an effective vibration isolation system. We present a cylindrical shell vibration isolator as a dynamic system composed of four springs and dampers. Vibration is directly produced by the motion of machinery, and more is subsequently generated by harmonic frequencies within their structure. To test the effectiveness of our isolator, we first determined equations for the transmission of vibration from the machine to its cylindrical shell. Damping effects produced by the vibration parameters of our system are then analyzed.

摘要：Combining the modified Bethe small holes coupling theory with McDonald thickness theory and field averaging correction factor, it is accurate to design the weak coupling waveguide directional coupler. While the coupling is tight, the decrease of the field strength in the main waveguide caused by aperture should not be neglected. For a -6 dB directional coupler is described in this article, the theoretical value of coupling is good agree to the simulation value, by simulated and optimized with the professional software computer simulation technology （CST）. In the designed waveband, the error of coupling between theoretical value and simulating one is less than 0.25 dB. The error of coupling between simulation value and designed value is less than 0.5 dB. To improve the isolation, some spaces between two adjacent holes are turned from the traditional 1/4 centre guided wavelength. The performance of isolation has 5 dB improvement, and length of the coupling area is only 51.06 mm.

摘要：This study intends to explore and analysis the portrayal of self-damaging behavior, which encapsulates two female characters： Lady Dedlock and Mademoiselle Hortense in one of the most famous novels of Charles Dickens＇ Bleak House （1984）. An evaluation of these two female characters shows and reflects that their self-damaging behavior emerges from low self esteem, which results from a number of reasons. The self-damaging behavior introduced by these women involves： self-imposed isolation, women madness, purposive accidents, physical self-abuse, and most consequently, conscious pursuit of destructive relationships with men. Although Dickens clearly means no maliciousness to women in his works, the great Victorian marital upheaval of June, 1858, is illustrative of Dickens＇s ambivalent attitude towards women, especially towards strong women

摘要：A new switching circuit is presented for the application in the frequency range of 0 to 8 GHz. This switch is electro-thermally actuated and exhibits high radio frequency （RF） performance due to its lateral contact mechanism, It composes of electroplated nickel and silicon nitride as structural materials. The isolation between bias and signal ports is realized by using silicon nitride. In the case of a small deformation, the relation between the displacement of the vertex and the pre-bending angle is analyzed. The metal contact is realized by in-plane motion and sidewall connection. The switches were fabricated using the MetalMUMPs process from MEMSCAP. The RF testing results show that the switch has a low insertion loss of 0. 9 dB at 8 GHz and a high isolation of 30 dB below 8 GHz.

摘要：This paper will examine the essay, ＂Night Walks＂ （2000）, to see how Charles Dickens （1812-1870）, a social-realist writer of the Victorian era, has used elements adapted from the Romantics in order to draw attention to the pitiable social conditions of Victorian London. Dickens＇ the realist paradoxically reflected a readiness to think and feel ＂without immediate external excitement＂. He expressed his alignment with Romanticism by way of a cultivation of feeling and empathizing. His genius was, as expressed by Bagehot, ＂essentially irregular and unsymmetrical＂ because he was ＂utterly deficient in the faculty of reasoning＂. His daily, or rather nightly walks provided him with the inspiration to follow the Romantic tradition of writing on walks. The essay under consideration, ＂Night Walks＂, clearly supports the notion that Romanticism was fallaciously opposed to realism. The paper will examine the ways in which the theme, style, and structure of the essay evoke the preoccupation of a Romantic soul--for whom the walk becomes a space for ＂encounter and reflection＂--and the Romantic mind which is empowered by ＂imaginative self definition or discovery＂.

摘要：Westinghouse company (WEC) had developed a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved advanced logic system (ALS) platform based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology as the next generation 1E class platform for protection and monitoring system (PMS) development for nuclear power plants. In compliance with the requirements of typical PMS functions, a new ALS based PMS is designed by overcoming the restrictions of communication modules etc. The consistency with data communication independence and isolation, deterministic, diversity requirements etc. is analyzed. The evaluations indicate the design meets the requirements and can be applied for coming projects.

摘要：This paper presents a 12-channel,30Gb/s front-end amplifier realized in standard 0.18μm CMOS technology for parallel optlc-fiber receivers. In order to overcome the problem of inadequate bandwidth caused by the large parasitical capacitor of CMOS photo-detectors,a regulated-cascode structure and noise optimization are used in the design of the transimpedance amplifier. The experimental results indicate that, with a parasitical capacitance of 2pF,a single channel is able to work at bite rates of up to 2.5Gb/s,and a clear eye diagram is obtained with a 0. 8mVpp input. Furthermore, an isolation structure combined with a p^＋ *** （PGR）, an n^＋ guard-ring （NGR）,and a deep-n-well （DNW） for parallel amplifier is also presented. Taking this combined structure, the crosstalk and the substrate noise coupling have been effectively reduced. Compared with the isolation of PGR or PGR ＋ NGR,the measured results show that the isolation degree of this structure is improved by 29.2 and 8. ldB at 1GHz,and by 8. 1 and 2. 5dB at 2GHz,respectively. With a 1.8V supply,each channel of the front-end amplifier consumes a DC power of 85mW,and the total power consumption of 12 channels is about 1W.

摘要：基于齿轮箱广泛应用于机械设备的现状,满足企业对于其运行状态评估的现实需求,研究设计了针对齿轮箱监测和诊断的平台系统,以温度、振动等多源指标实时监控齿轮箱运行状况,并基于专家系统对异常数据进行诊断与反馈。以J2EE平台和SSH三层架构进行系统开发,通过底层调用MySQL、界面层运用ECharts对数据进行操作;以Jess引擎作为核心推理模块,建立基于孤立森林与模糊推理的专家系统。该系统可实时地显示齿轮箱运行数据,并完成对异常数据的诊断反馈,能够有效地应用于实际工业领域。
