摘要：The present situations of waste refrigerators recycling and disposing were analyzed. Three key technologies of layout design of recycling plants of waste refrigerators were presented as follows: 1) establishment of recycling process of waste refrigerators; 2) the general plane layout of recycling plants; 3) the detailed layout of workshops of recycling plants. The focus of the three key technologies is to tackle the problem of the detailed layout of workshops of the recycling plants. By adopting Petri net, the model of logistics system of workshops was established and then optimized, and finally the detailed layout chart of recycling plants was gained. By adopting E-factory, the recycling plants were simulated. The results show that the method mentioned is effective.

摘要：A new 3D layout algorithm to lay rectangular tiles on the 3D hull surface model is proposed to improve the algorithm performance in accelerating layout process and enhancing design accuracy. Three times optimizations are carried out upon the original basic algorithm, namely optimization of calculating range, separation of surface flattening computation from laying computation, and optimization of interior point distribution. By testing, the generated surface layout drawing by the refined system is fairly applicable to guide the actual tiles＇ coating process.

摘要：We propose and fabricate an A1GaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor （HEMT） on sapphire substrate using a new kind of electron beam （EB） lithography layout for the T-gate. Using this new layout,we can change the aspect ratio （ratio of top gate dimension to gate length） and modify the shape of the T-gate freely. Therefore, we obtain a 0.18μm gate-length AlGaN/GaN HEMT with a unity current gain cutoff frequency （fT） of 65GHz. The aspect ratio of the T-gate is 10. These single finger devices also exhibit a peak extrinsic transconductance of 287mS/mm and a maximum drain current as high as 980mA/mm.

摘要：Rapid progress in manufacturing greatly challenges to the VLSI physical design in both speed and performance. A fast detailed placement algorithm, FAME is presented in this paper, according to these demands. It inherits the optimal positions of cells given by a global placer and exact position to each cell by local optimization. FM Mincut heuristic and local enumeration are used to optimize the total wirelength in y and x directions respectively, and a two way mixed optimizing flow is adopted to combine the two methods for a better performance. Furthermore, a better enumeration strategy is introduced to speed up the algorithm. An extension dealing with blockages in placement has also been discussed. Experimental results show that FAME runs 4 times faster than RITUAL and achieves a 5% short in total wirelength on average.

摘要：布线是印制电路板设计的核心步骤，就是将网络飞线转换成板上的铜箔走线。布线有两种方式：自动布线和人机交互式布线。自动布线速度比较快，但质量一般不是很好，如占用更大的PCB面积，产生较多的过孔等。如果对布线没有很高的要求，先用自动布线生成走线，然后对已布成的线进行人工修改。或者先用交互式布线对要求比较严格的线，如高频时钟、主电源等进行处理，并设置保护，再用自动布线完成余下的网络。手动布线是印制电路板设计的一项关键技术。手动布线融合了设计师的智慧和经验，因而布线质量更好。

摘要：针对应用型高校学生学习《电子线路CAD》或《PCB设计》等课程PCB设计与layout内容普遍难于掌握的情况,本人以从事多年电子企业产品硬件设计与高校教学工作中摸索出一套较好的解决方法。提出了将PCBlayout描图结合常规学习过程与方法的教学,大大降低了学生学习难度,激发了学习兴趣,促进了PCBlayout能力培养。此为PCB设计课程教学方法的一个创新点,符合应用型高校电子信息类专业人才培养的需要,具有推广的价值。
