摘要：A compact interdigital H-mode drift-tube linac (IH-DTL) with the alternating-phase-focusing (APF) method, working at 325 MHz was designed for an injector of a proton medical accelerator. When fed in with a proper RF (radio frequency) power, the DTL cavity could establish the corresponding electromagnetic field to accelerate the ‘‘proton bunches’’ from an input energy of 3 MeV to an output energy of 7 MeV successfully, without any additional radial focusing elements. The gap-voltage distribution which was obtained from the CST■ Microwave Studio software simulations of the axial electric field was compared with that from the beam dynamics, and the errors met the requirements within ± 5%. In this paper, the RF design procedure and key results of the APF IH-DTL, which include the main RF characteristics of the cavity, frequency sensitivities of the tuners, and coupling factor of the RF power input coupler are presented.

摘要：This paper presents a design of new type of multi-parameter wearable medical devices signal processing platform. The signal processing algorithm has a QRS-wave detection algorithm based on LADT, wavelet transformation and threshold detection with TMS320VC5509 DSP system. The DSP can greatly increase the speed of QRS-wave detection, and the results can be practical used for multi-parameter wearable device detection of abnormal ECG.

摘要：medical herbs are located in Egypt in different areas and they are very important to increase the national income of Egypt. It is necessary to dry the herbs in their growing locations. As the growing locations are located far from the natural supply grid of Egypt, renewable energy sources such as PV&WIND are preferably utilized to achieve the drying process. Moreover, since the drying process is actually used to remove water from the herbs, thus it can preserve the herbs in storage drastically by preventing the attack of microorganisms during the moist conditions of herbs and also reduce their weight and bulk (for cheaper transport). Where, this paper selects, at first, the suitable drying site, and then it suggests. The suggested drying system is completely designed, and includes the following three systems: the solar thermal system, the dryer, and the renewable energy system.

摘要：In this paper the design of a novel modular hydraulic/pneumatic actuated tele-robotic system and a new infrastructure for MRI-guided intervention for closed-bore MRI-guided neurosurgery are presented. Candidate neurosurgical procedures enabled by this system would include thermal ablation, radiofrequency ablation, deep brain stimulators, and targeted drug delivery. The major focus is the application of the designed MR-compatible robotic system to MRI-guided brain biopsy. Navigation and operating modules were designed to undertake the alignment and advancement of the surgical needle respectively. The mechanical design and control paradigm are reported.

摘要：Authors designed an obstacle radar transceiver for ISM band. This work is focused on rectangular microstrip transceiver integrated with innovative metamaterial structure at a height of 3.276 mm from the ground plane. Two rectangular microstrip transceiver is designed for transmitting and receiving purpose. This work is mainly focused on increasing the potential parameters of rectangular microstrip transceiver. RMT along with the proposed innovative metamaterial structure is designed to resonate at 2.259 GHz. Simulation results showed that the impedance bandwidth of the RMT is improved by 575%, return loss is reduced by 391% and efficiency is improved by 28% by incorporating the proposed innovative metamaterial structure. For verifying that the proposed innovative metamaterial structure possesses negative values of Permeability and Permittivity within the operating frequency range, Nicolson-Ross-Weir method (NRW) has been employed. An op-amp and comparator is used to compare the return loss of transmitting and receiving RMT. An indicator is used to indicate difference of return loss and power of transmitting and receiving rectangular microstrip transceiver. For all simulation purpose, computer simulation technology-microwave studio (CST-MWS) software has been used.

摘要：通过对历史资料的梳理发现,新型农村合作医疗的"合作"与传统合作医疗的"合作"具有不同的内涵。传统合作医疗不属于社会保险制度,而新农合不仅在学理上具备了社会保险基本特征,还具备了比较成熟的社会保险要素,即政府主导作用的发挥、社会保险参量的设计、大数法则的运用、权利与义务相结合的原则以及实际上的强制性。明确新农合的社会保险性质,将有利于控制自愿参合带来的"逆向选择",促进城乡基本医疗保险制度的无缝衔接,加快政府责任边界的明晰化。因此,应将新农合向带有强制性的农村基本医疗保险制度发展,同时把政府定额财政补贴变为按比例补贴。

摘要：为丰富医学影像数据的处理方法,方便医师诊断患者病情,利用Visual C++开发工具,在医学影像工具包(medical Imaging Tool Kit,MITK)算法平台上改进一个区域生长算法,并设计了一个图像处理系统来实现交互式图像分割和二维断层图像的三维重建.实验表明:分割和重建后的图像效果较好,可基本满足部分使用者对数据的需求.

摘要：背景：近几年医学院校研究生情况和毕业后医学教育（graduate medical education，GME）中医师培训特点预示着今后美国医务工作者的规模和构成。目的：调查即将毕业的住院医师接受培训课程的趋势和职业选择特点，监测整个住院医师群体规模的变化趋势。设计、地点和参试者：美国医学会（American medical Association）和美国医学院联合会（Association of American medical Colleges）共同调查了2003～2004学年在职、转调及毕业住院医师参加的培训课程及其特点。有8192项课程反映了94．6％的住院医师接受培训的情况。近86％的课程负责人（n=7040）完成了相关的课程调查。主要观察指标：过去6年中住院医师及其培训课程的数量、特点的总体趋势，即将毕业的住院医师的专业。结果：2003～2004学年在职住院医师有99964人，为全国GME普查记录之最。首次参加美国毕业后医学教育课程的住院医师人数（n=22444）也为记录之最。1999年，28773名医师完成了培训课程，其中10546人（36．7％）为女性。2003年研究生为29745名，其中11681人（39．3％）为女性，增长了10．8％。从事妇产科的男性研究生的数量减少了31．3％，而从事妇产科的女性研究生的人数增长了18．2％。皮肤病学、家庭医学、内科学、眼科学、病理学、精神病学和普通外科学等专业亦见男性比例减少而女性比例增加的现象。继续参加其他专业培训的研究生比例有所增长：1999年的百分比为27．2％，2001年为29．6％，2003年为32．1％。2000年，35．7％的课程有助于提高受训者的文化水平；2003年，这一比例为50．7％。提供备选或自选医学课程的培训项目比例稳定在24％。结论：参加GME的医师人数正处于历史最高峰，近三分之一的医师在完成某一培训项目后继续参加其他培训课程。虽然女性住院医师的选择在许多方面与男性住院医师相似，但他们之间仍存在重大差异。
