摘要：A new type of vibration structure (i.e. supporting system, called swing frame cus- tomarily) of vertical dynamic balancing machine has been designed, which is based on an analysis for the swing frame of a traditional double-plane vertical dynamic balancing machine. The static unbalance and couple unbalance can be e?ectively separated by using the new dynamic balancing machine with the new swing frame. By building the dynamics model, the advantages of the new structure are discussed in detail. The modal and harmonic response are analyzed by using the ANSYS7.0. By comparing the ?nite element modal analysis with the experimental modal analy- sis, the natural frequencies and vibration modes are found. There are many spring boards in the new swing frame. Their sti?nesses are di?erent and assorted with each other. Furthermore, there are three sensors on the measuring points. Therefore, the new dynamic balancing machine can measure static unbalance and coupling unbalance directly, and the interaction between them is faint. The result shows that the new vertical dynamic balancing machine is suitable for inertial measurement of ?ying objects, and can overcome the shortcomings of traditional double-plane vertical dynamic balancing machines, which the e?ect of plane-separation is inferior. The vertical dynamic balancing machine with the new vibration structure can ?nd wide application in the future. The modelling and analysis of the new vibration structure will provide theoretical basis and practical experience for designing new-type vertical dynamic balancing machines.

摘要：The stability and reliability of a tilting index table should be considered at the design stage. A design method for the lightweight and improvement of the stability of the structure in a tilting index table was proposed using a commercial analysis program, ANSYS Workbench 12, by analyzing the static-thermal characteristics of the developed high-accuracy tilting index table at its design stage. The results of the performed structural analysis show that the maximum stress is generated at the stock tail part. An optimum design for the stock tail part was carried out to reduce the maximum stress and deformation. Also, the design variables were determined by considering the support of the stock tail part for the C-axis body. In the comparison of the results before and after the optimization, the maximum deformation and stress are improved by 2.8% and 8%, respectively.

摘要：In recent years, inflatable structures have been a subject of interest for space applications such as communication antenna, solar thermal propulsion and entry/landing systems. The inflatable structures characterized by high strength-to-mass ratios, minimal stowage volume, which makes them suitable for cost-effective large space structures. A typical example for the inflatable structure is the inflated torus which often used in order to provide structure support. In this study, our main focus is to understand the dynamic characteristics of an inflated torus in order to formulate an accurate mathematical model suitable for active vibration control applications. A commercial finite element package, ANSYS, is used to model the inflated torus. To verify the model the obtained frequencies and mode shapes are compared with the published results, which are derived using analytical approach, the verification shows a good agreement between the FEM and the analytical results. Based on the verified model, parametric study was investigated; the material thickness increase causes the natural frequencies decrease, while the increase of the inflation pressure simply results in stiffening the ring, which means that the natural frequency increased. The FEM analysis gives an easy and fast way for the vibration analysis of the structures compared with the complicated analytical solutions.

摘要：As to motorized spindle system, this paper builds a simplified 3D model of spindle and bearing, performs structure modal analysis, reveals its dynamic characteristics under the free model; furthermore, modifies bearing radial stiffness and number of model and studies the change of modal parameters. On this basis, through the harmonic response analysis of the finite element model, dy- namic response characteristic caused by imbalance of monitored spindle system and law of vibration response to different amount of unbalance is analyzed.

摘要：Fiber grating is a kind of new type of fiber optic light source device which has been rapidly changing in the refractive index of the core in recent years. Especially, it can realize the high precision of the external parameters by means of the special structure design and the encapsulation technology [1, 2]. In this paper, a fiber grating vibration sensor which is suitable for vibration monitoring in key areas is designed based on the technical background of vibration monitoring system. The sensor uses a single beam structure and pastes the fiber Bragg grating （FBG） to measure the vibration wavelength on the surface. When the vibration is simply harmonic vibration, the Bragg reflection wavelength will change periodically, and the periodic variation of the wavelength curve can be measured by the fiber grating demodulator, then the correctness of the experimental results is verified. In this paper, through the analysis of the data measured by the demodulator, the MATLAB software is used to verify the data, and the different frequency domains, the modes, and the phase frequency curves are obtained. The measurement range is 0Hz-100Hz, and the natural frequency is 90.6Hz.

摘要：In this paper, modal analysis theory, equivalent dynamic model of the joint surface of assembly and identification methods of joint surface parameters are the main theories. Static and modal analysis of the working table components of the FM6324 machining center is done. The three-dimensional model of the working table components is established using Pro E at first, then static characteristics is obtained through ANSYS contact analysis; finally, the dynamic model is established in ANSYS, and its dynamic characteristics is obtained through ANSYS modal analysis.
