摘要：To obtain the peak response at 532nm, narrow-band response GaA1As photocathodes with two GaAIAs ac- tive layers of different aluminum compositions are designed in consideration of the maximum absorptivity and quantum efficiency. The transmission-mode and the corresponding reflective-mode photocathodes are grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. The results indicate that the peak response and the cut-off wavelength occur at 532nm for the two kinds of photocathodes respectively. The response of the reflection-mode photoeath- ode is an order of magnitude higher than that of the transmission-mode photocathode, whereas the better growth quality and the thicker second GaAIAs active layer can improve the transmission-mode response.

摘要：A novel microstructure fiber （MF） structure is proposed for broadband dispersion compensation. Through manipulating the four air-hole parameters and the pitch, the broad band dispersion compensation MF can be efficiently designed. The newly designed MF could compensate （to within 0.8%） the dispersion of 101 times of its length of standard single mode fiber over the entire 100-nm band centered on 1550 nm. The proposed design has been simulated through the finite difference beam propagation method, and the corresponding design procedures are also presented. OCIS codes： 060.2310, 060.2280.

摘要：针对高速电磁阀的延迟响应会引起喷油定时失准以及循环喷油量的精度变差,进而导致柴油机排放超标及油耗增加等问题,本文开展了电磁阀结构多目标优化与分析,最终可以达到电磁阀延迟响应最小化的目的。本文应用AMESim软件建立电控单体泵仿真模型,经过实验验证了模型准确性。通过实验设计的方法对影响电磁阀响应延迟的关键参数进行预测。得出关键影响参数:衔铁残余气隙、弹簧预紧力、锥阀半锥角、阀杆直径及锥阀直径。应用多目标多学科优化平台mode FRONTIER,采用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法,以电控单体泵高速电磁阀开启、关闭响应延迟时间作为目标建立多目标优化模型。优化结果显示:关闭延迟时间减小了6%,开启延迟时间减小了17.7%,喷油压力峰值增大0.62 MPa,有利于进一步提高循环喷油量控制的精确程度。

摘要：This paper proposes the new cascaded series parallel design for improved dynamic performance of DC-DC buck boost converters by a new Sliding mode Control (SMC) method. The converter is controlled using Sliding mode Control method that utilizes the converter’s duty ratio to determine the skidding surface. System modeling and simulation results are presented. The results also showed an improved overall performance over typical PID controller, and there was no overshoot or settling time, tracking the desired output nicely. Improved converter performance and robustness were expected.

摘要：A novel constant force feedback mechanism based on fuzzy logic for tapping mode Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM) is proposed in this paper. A mathematical model for characterizing the cantilever-sample interaction subsystem which is nonlinear and contains large uncertainty is first developed. Then, a PID-like fuzzy controller, combing a PD-like fuzzy controller and a PI controller, is designed to regulate the controller efforts and schedule the applied voltage of the Z-axis of the piezoelectric tube scanner to maintain a constant tip-sample interaction force during sample-scanning. Using the PID-like fuzzy controller allows the cantilever tip to track sample surface rapidly and accurately even though the topography of the surface is arbitrary and not given in advance. This rapid tracking response facilitates us to observe samples with high aspect ratio micro structures accurately and quickly. Besides, the overshoot which will result in tip crash in commercial AFMs with a traditional PID controller could be avoided. Additionally, the controller efforts can be intelligently scheduled by using the fuzzy logic. Thus, continuous manual gain-tuning by trial and error such as those in commercial AFMs is alleviated. In final, computer simulations and experimental verifications are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and confirm the validity of the proposed controller.

摘要：We numerically investigate the seven-core photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with the zero dispersion wavelength designed in the range of 1000 - 1080 nm, particularly suitable for the ytterbium-doped fiber laser pumping. Also, the PCFs are well designed for obtaining a flat in-phase mode by carefully adjusting the diameter of inner layer six holes, and the corresponding empirical values of fiber structure are summarized and listed. The variations of inner six holes to the amplitude of in-phase mode are further investigated, and our results show that a better tolerance can be achieved in the fiber structures with lower filling ratio configuration.
