摘要：Using beam propagation method （BPM）, key optical design parameters of InP/AlGaInAs multiple quantumwell （MQW） ring laser were numerically analyzed. The influences of waveguide dimensions, curvature radiusand gap size on the coupling efficiency were discussed. An InP/AlGaInAs MQW ring laser with radius of 350 μm wasdesigned and realized. The experimental results show that the designed device, lasing at 1 563.2 nm with side modesuppression ratio higher than 20 dB, exhibited unidirectional bistability between the clockwise and counterclockwisemodes.

摘要：基于滑模变结构控制,提出一种MIMO(multiple input multiple output)的飞行重构控制系统的频域设计方法.将滑模变结构控制与飞行重构控制相结合,解决了飞行重构控制技术中故障检测和系统参数辨识的问题.引入渐近观测器和hedge模型增加重构控制系统对衍生未建模动态的鲁棒性;引入作动器模型、输出饱和限制和驾驶员模型,使变结构重构控制系统设计方法变得更为有效和实用;以某型飞机的横航向飞行控制系统为例,进行设计模拟.结果表明:在飞机气动参数大幅突变和操纵面严重受损的情况下,飞机仍能保持良好的性能.

摘要：This paper develops fuzzy H∞ filter for state estimation approach for nonlinear discretetime systems with multiple time delays and unknown bounded disturbances. We design a stable fuzzy H∞ filter based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model, which assures asymptotic stability and a prescribed H∞ index for the filtering error system. Sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is established by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI) problem. The LMI problem can be efficiently solved with global convergence using the interior point algorithm. Simulation exanples are provided to illustrate the design procedure of the proposed method.

摘要：为了充分利用多入多出(multiple input multipleoutput,MIMO)雷达的空间分集技术,同时使其便于设计和实现,论文基于目标的分布源模型,在Neyman-Pearson准则下研究当MIMO雷达分集路径不完全独立时的检测方法和性能,并且利用主分量分析的思想简化了检测方法。该方法通过特征值分解,从M个正交信号中提取出独立观测分量并将其加权合并。仿真结果表明:与传统雷达相比,只要存在2个以上的独立观测分量,MIMO雷达可以更有效地对抗目标RCS(radar cross section)闪烁。同时,当发射阵元间距减小为理想条件的1/4时,MIMO雷达仍然可以利用空间分集提高其检测性能。

摘要：As an classical book which disputes endlessly on the completed time but systematic and detailed record on official function, rituals and sacrificial vessels, Zhouli (Rites of Zhou) has become a paradoxical existence: on the one hand, it’s a crucial reference document frequently quoted for reconstructing the propriety in the past dynasties and explaining the ritual remains in modern archeology;on the other hand, its authenticity and edition age are always questioned. So the completed time of Zhouli is still a bottleneck problem and cannot be ignored. This article focuses on the tradition of sacrificial jade Bi and Gui based on the written documents and archeological findings, demonstrate once again that Zhouli was completed in early Han dynasty.

摘要：A critical component of the smart grid (SG) infrastructure is the embedded communications network, where an important objective of the latter is the expansion of its throughput, in conjunction with the satisfaction of specified latency and accuracy requirements. For the effective design of the communications network, the user and traffic profiles, such as known-user vs. unknown-user populations and bursty vs. non-bursty data traffics, must be carefully considered and subsequently modeled. This paper relates user and traffic models to the deployment of effective multiple access transmission algorithms in the communications network of the SG.

摘要：Wireless relaying has been known to provide the improvements in link reliability, spectral efficiency, and coverage extension. In this paper, we use full duplex relays for Interference Alignment (IA) in K-users Interference Channel (IC) and show K Degrees of Freedom (DOF) is achievable. In first hop, relays receive signals from transmitters and forward them to receivers in second hop. Two iteratively algorithms are proposed for computing relays function, precoder, and decoder matrices. First algorithm minimizes leakage interference at receivers that has appropriate performance at high Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) region. Furthermore, the second algorithm has better performance at low-mediate SNR. The performance of proposed algorithms are compared with other schemes and validated with simulation in terms of achieved sum rate.

摘要：Developing autonomous mobile robot system has been a hot topic in AI area. With recent advances in technology, autonomous robots are attracting more and more attention worldwide, and there are a lot of ongoing research and development activities in both industry and academia. In complex ground environment, obstacles positions are uncertain. Path finding for robots in such environment is very hot issues currently. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of a multi-sensor based object detecting and moving autonomous robot exploration system, 4RE, with the VEX robotics design system. With the goals of object detecting and removing in complex ground environment with different obstacles, a novel object detecting and removing algorithms is proposed and implemented. Experimental results indicate that our robot system with our object detecting and removing algorithm can effectively detect the obstacles on the path and remove them in complex ground environment and avoid collision with the obstacles.

摘要：This paper presents the design of a small printed ultra wideband antenna with Band Notched characteristics. Both the free space and on-body performances of this antenna were investigated through simulation. The newly designed UWB antenna is more revised small form factor sized, with the ability to avoid interference caused by WLAN (5.15 - 5.825 GHz) and WiMAX (5.25 - 5.85 GHz) systems with a band notch. The return loss response, gain, radiation pattern on free space of the antenna were investigated. After that, the on-body performances were tested on 3-layer human body model with radiation pattern, gain, return loss, and efficiency at 3.5, 5.7, 8, 10 GHz and all the results were compared with free space results. As the on-body performance was very good, the proposed antenna will be suitable to be used for multi-purpose medical applications and sports performance monitoring.

摘要：为系统研究心理潜在因素与外生因素对短距离下小汽车出行向自行车出行转移意向的影响,提出了转移意向多指标多原因(multiple indicators and multiple causes,MIMIC)模型.以计划行为理论为框架拓展潜在因素,研究外部障碍、个人障碍、骑行态度、骑行偏好、主观规范与转移意向潜在变量间的相互影响关系,并分析社会人口特征、出行特征、客观环境、小汽车限制措施等外生变量与潜在变量间的因果关系.结果表明:通过外部障碍、个人障碍、骑行偏好、骑行态度和主观规范能够有效解释小汽车出行向自行车出行转移意向,转移意向受到外部障碍、个人障碍、骑行偏好和主观规范的直接影响,以及外部障碍、主观规范和骑行态度的间接影响;外生变量对转移意向不产生直接影响,而是通过其他潜在变量对转移意向产生间接影响;外部障碍、骑行态度是客观环境与转移意向间的完全中介变量,骑行态度、骑行偏好是小汽车限制措施与转移意向间的完全中介变量,说明通过干预措施提升人们对环境的感知至关重要,通过小汽车限制措施提升态度与偏好是推进转移的重要手段.
