摘要：According to bench test results of fuel economy and engine emission for thereal power-train system of EQ7200HEV car. a 3-D performance map oriented quasi-linear model isdeveloped for the configuration of the powertrain components such as internal combustion engine,traction electric motor, transmission, main retarder and energy storage unit. A genetic algorithmbased on optimization procedure is proposed and applied for parametric optimization of the keycomponents by consideration of requirements of some driving cycles. Through comparison of numericalresults obtained by the genetic algorithm with those by traditional optimization methods, it isshown that the present approach is quite effective and efficient in emission reduction and fueleconomy for the design of the hybrid electric car powertrain.

摘要：Aerodynamic performance of low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoil makes a great impact on designing a high-efficiency propeller for low-dynamic vehicles in stratosphere. At high altitude,low-Reynolds-number airfoils are supposed to have high lift-drag ratio or high endurance factor at cruising attack angle along with good stall characteristics. To design such a high-performance low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoil,the paper established a hierarchical multi-objective optimization platform by combing direct search optimization algorithm EXTREM and airfoil flow field solver XFOIL to automatically and quickly calculate aerodynamic performance function of airfoil by computer. It provides an effective solution to multi-point design problem of low-speed low-Reynolds-number airfoil. It can be seen from the results of three typical optimization examples,the new airfoil E387_OPT2,FX63-137_OPT2 and S1223_OPT2 based on hot low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoils (Eppler 387 airfoil,Wortmann FX63-137 airfoil and S1223 airfoil) can meet the optimization design requirements and have very good aerodynamic characteristics in both design state and non-design state. Thus,the applicability and effectiveness of hierarchical multi-objective optimization platform are verified.

摘要：Statistical experimental designs were used to optimize the process of phenol degradation by Candida tropicalis Z-04, isolated from phenol-degrading aerobic granules. The most important factors influencing phenol degradation （p 〈 0.05）, as identified by a two-level Plackett-Burman design with 11 variables, were yeast extract, phenol, inoculum size, and temperature. Steepest ascent method was undertaken to determine the optimal regions of these four significant factors. Central composite design （CCD） and response surface analysis were adopted to further investigate the mutual interactions between these variables and to identify their optimal values that would generate maximum phenol degradation. The analysis results indicated that interactions between yeast extract and temperature, phenol and temperature, inocuhim size and temperature affected the response variable （phenol degradation） significantly. The predicted results showed that the maximum removal efficiency of phenol （99.10%） could be obtained under the optimum conditions of yeast extract 0.41 g/L, phenol 1.03 g/L, inoculum size 1.43% （V/V） and temperature 30.04℃. These predicted values were further verified by validation experiments. The excellent correlation between predicted and experimental values confirmed the validity and practicability of this statistical optimum strategy. This study indicated the excellent ability of C. tropicalis Z-04 in degrading high-strength phenol. Optimal conditions obtained in this experiment laid a solid foundation for further use of this microorganism in the treatment of highstrength phenol effluents.

摘要：In this paper, an ‘in-house＇ genetic algorithm is described and applied to an optimization problem for improving the aerodynamic performances of an aircraft wing tip through upper surface morphing. The algorithm＇s performances were studied from the convergence point of view, in accordance with design conditions. The algorithm was compared to two other optimization methods,namely the artificial bee colony and a gradient method, for two optimization objectives, and the results of the optimizations with each of the three methods were plotted on response surfaces obtained with the Monte Carlo method, to show that they were situated in the global optimum region. The optimization results for 16 wind tunnel test cases and 2 objective functions were presented. The 16 cases used for the optimizations were included in the experimental test plan for the morphing wing-tip demonstrator, and the results obtained using the displacements given by the optimizations were evaluated.

摘要：Based on the shaping theory of writhed blade in streamline design, the geometric shape of blade is designed and then computational formulas for the dynamic design of the fan with writhed blades in gas-particle two-phase axial-flow are derived with the two-phase continuum coupling model. Concurrently, the correlation between the structure of impeller and flow-field dynamic functional parameters is presented. Further, the software for the optimization design of the gas-particle two-phase axial-flow fan with writhed blades is obtained. By means of the available software, a sample fan is formed, and its all dynamic characteristic curves and its geometric shape are presented. Finally, the conclusion on the effect of particles on fan running is reached quantitatively and qualitatively, as is expected in the fan industry.

摘要：In order to reduce transmission loss of the optical waveguide in Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) electro-optical (EO) polymer modulator,the basic iterative formula of semi-vector finite-difference beam propagation method (FD-BPM) is obtained from the scalar wave equation. The transition waveguide is combined with S-type bend branch waveguide for the M-Z EO modulator in the branch waveguide. The effects of structure parameters such as ridge width,length of the branch waveguide and interferometer spacing on the transmission loss are systematically studied by using the semi-vector FD-BPM method. The structure is optimized as an S-sine bend branch waveguide,with rib width w=7μm,length of branch waveguide L=1200μm and interferometer spacing G=22 μm. The results show that the optimized structure can reduce transmission loss to 0.083 dB,which have a certain reference value to the design of optical waveguide in M-Z polymer modulator.

摘要：Sediment transport of sand particles by wind is one of the main processes leading todesertification in arid regions, which severely impairs the ability of mankind to produce and live by driftingsand into settlements. optimization designs of artificial facilities have lately attracted extensive interest forhuman settlement systems in deserts because of their acceptable protection effect, convenience ofimplementation, and low material cost. However, the complexity of a settlement system poses challengesconcerning finding suitable materials, artificial facilities, and optimization designs for sand depositionprotection. In an effort to overcome these challenges, we propose a settlement system built with brick, solarpanel, and building arrays to meet the basic needs of human settlements in arid regions while preventingwind-sand disasters. The wind flow and movement characteristics of sand particles in the brick, panel, andbuilding arrays were calculated using computational fluid dynamics and discrete phase model. Theperformance of three types of arrays in wind-sand flow in terms of decreasing the wind velocity and sandparticleinvasion distance was evaluated. The results show that the wind velocity near the surface and thesand invasion distance were significantly decreased in the space between the brick arrays through properlyselected vertical size and interspaces, indicating that the brick arrays have an impressive sand fixing andblocking performance;their effective protection distance was 3–4 m. The building arrays increased the nearsurfacewind velocity among buildings, resulting in less deposition of sand particles. The solar panel arrayswere similar to the building arrays in most cases, but the deposition of sand particles on solar panels exerteda negative effect on energy utilization efficiency.
