摘要：A novel optimization design method for the multiphase pump impeller is proposed through combining the quasi-3D hydraulic design（Q3DHD）, the boundary vortex flux（BVF） diagnosis, and the genetic algorithm（GA）. The BVF diagnosis based on the Q3DHD is used to evaluate the objection function. Numerical simulations and hydraulic performance tests are carried out to compare the impeller designed only by the Q3DHD method and that optimized by the presented method. The comparisons of both the flow fields simulated under the same condition show that（1） the pressure distribution in the optimized impeller is more reasonable and the gas-liquid separation is more efficiently inhibited,（2） the scales of the gas pocket and the vortex decrease remarkably for the optimized impeller,（3） the unevenness of the BVF distributions near the shroud of the original impeller is effectively eliminated in the optimized impeller. The experimental results show that the differential pressure and the maximum efficiency of the optimized impeller are increased by 4% and 2.5%, respectively. Overall, the study indicates that the optimization design method proposed in this paper is feasible.

摘要：optimization design of hydraulic manifold blocks (HMB) is studied as acomplex solid spatial layout problem. Based on comprehensive research into structure features anddesign rules of HMB, an optimal mathematical model for this problem is presented. Usinghuman-computer cooperative genetic algorithm (GA) and its hybrid optitation strategies, integratedlayout and connection design schemes of HMB can be automatically optimized. An example is given totestify it.

摘要：In order to settle the mining optimization design and safety problem of the above 1 150 m pillar of No.1 ore-body in No.H Mining Jinchuan, the lean-ore above 1 250 m, the 1 150 m horizontal pillar and the ore-body below 1 100 m regarded as research objects based on the original design project, and nine calculation schemes on different mining sequence and different fill body strength were put forward based on cement-sand ratio of 1 ： 4, 1： 12 and 1 ： 24. Calculation parameters were got by the back analysis method of field monitoring data, and the FLAC2D program was applied to compute for these schemes, stress and displacement of ground settlement, shaft and stope roof were analyzed, and some conclusions were got. Results show that the intensity of filling body and the mining technique have very important effect on controlling settlement and stability of surrounding rock; Developing of lean ore have some influences to the 16th return air filling shaft, especially for 1 500--1 400 m of the shaft; The best project is the first project. This research supply some technique references and safety appraisals for the mining of lean-ore of *** Mining Jinchuan.

摘要：Pin and socket contacts are the key parts of electrical connector as aerospace electronic components. The contacts are also the direct carriers for signal transmitting of electronic equipments, passing the signal from the input end to the output end of electrical connector. The reliability of pin and socket contacts directly influences signal transmission. The goal of this study is to enhance the contact reliability of aerospace electrical connector. Computer simulation analysis was made on contacts performance data by utilizing the simulation system developed by PCL Language of MSC software. Furthermore, the results were experi- mentally validated so as to realize the objective of optimizing contacts design.

摘要：Simulations are carried out to explore the possibility of achieving high breakdown voltage of Gain HEMT （high-electron mobility transistor）. GaN cap layers with gradual increase in the doping concentration from 2 x 10^16 to 5 x 10^19 cm-3 of N-type and P-type cap are investigated, respectively. Simulation results show that HEMT with P-doped GaN cap layer shows more potential to achieve higher breakdown voltage than N-doped GaN cap layer under the same doping concentration. This is because the ionized net negative space charges in P-GaN cap layer could modulate the surface electric field which makes more contribution to RESURF effect. Furthermore, a novel GaN/A1GaN/GaN HEMT with P-doped GaN buried layer in GaN buffer between gate and drain electrode is proposed. It shows enhanced performance. The breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is 640 V which is increased by 12% in comparison to UID （un-intentionally doped） GaN/A1GaN/GaN HEMT. We calculated and analyzed the distribution of electrons＇ density. It is found that the depleted region is wider and electric field maximum value is induced at the left edge of buried layer. So the novel structure with P-doped GaN buried layer embedded in GaN buffer has the better improving characteristics of the power devices.

摘要：Based on the aerodynamic shape and structural form of the blade are fixed,a mathematical model of optimization design for wind turbine blade is *** model is pursued with respect to minimum the blade mass to reduce the cost of wind turbine *** material layup numbers of the spar cap are chosen as the design variables;while the demands of strength,stiffness and stability of the blade are employed as the constraint *** optimization design for a 1.5 MW wind turbine blade is carried out by combing above objective and constraint conditions at the action of ultimate flapwise loads with the finite element software *** with the original design,the optimization design result achieves a reduction of 7.2%of the blade mass,the stress and strain distribution of the blade is more reasonable,and there is no occurrence of resonance,therefore its effectiveness is verified.

摘要：On the basis of the three-dimensional design platform of the mixed-flow pump impellers, an optimization design system was developed in this paper by improving the genetic algorithm with application of both strategies of keeping the optimal individu- al and employing the niche. This system took the highest efficiency of the impeller as the optimization objective and employed P, a0, A0h and A0t, which could directly affect the shape and the position of the blade, as optimization parameters. In addition, loss model was used to obtain fast and accurate prediction of the impeller efficiency. The optimization results illustrated that this system had advantages such as high accuracy and fine convergence, thus to effectively improve the design of the mixed-flow pump impellers. Numerical simulation was applied to determine the internal flow fields of the impeller obtained by optimization design, and to analyze both the relative velocity and the pressure distributions. The test results demonstrated that the mixed flow pump had the highest efficiency of 87.2%, the wide and flat high efficiency operation zone, the relatively wide range of blade angle adjustment, fine cavitation performance and satisfied stability.

摘要：In this study,a hybrid uncertainties-based analysis and optimization method is presented for the designs of the powertrain mounting system(PMS)involving mixed *** the presented method,the PMS parameters with sufficient data are treated as random variables,while those with limited information are defined as interval ***,an uncertainty-based analysis method called as hybrid interval-random perturbation-central difference method(HIRP-CDM),is proposed to compute the hybrid interval-random outputs of the inherent characteristics of the PMS in concerned *** addition,the hybrid interval-random-Monte Carlo method(HIR-MCM)is developed to verify the computational accuracy of ***,an optimization model mixed uncertainties is built up for the PMS design based on HIRP-CDM,in which the hybrid intervalrandom outputs of the concerned inherent characteristics are adopted to construct the design objective and *** complex optimization problem can be effectively settled by means of *** effectiveness of the presented method is verified by a numerical example.
