摘要：A geometric algorithm for Tilted-Camera perspective（TCP）projec-tion is proposed in this paper based on the principle of perspective ***-cording to that,the difference between TCP projection and External perspective（EXP）projection is *** is put forward prerequisites making these twoprojections were compatible,and some examples are given.

摘要：The progress of social economy drives the progress of humanity art. Due to historical condition reason, the pace of art design development in China is late. Since the reform and opening up, the art design obtains a long-term development in China. In order to adapt to the trend of world economy integration, all aspects of art design fields in China are learning from the foreign countries, however, it is hard to have a breakthrough creation in itself, and it lacks of domestic art design ＂localization＂ , which can not fully reflect the national culture and national elements. At the same time, the self-innovation power is weak, and the creation ability is insufficient, which also restricts the independent development of art design field to a higher level in China. The art design, as a comprehensive subject, is affected by many factors of society, science and technology and market for its own improvement. This paper mainly discusses from national culture level for art design, thinking that if the art design in China wants to develop higher, it needs to be based on the national culture and profound cultural base, constructing the art design products with Chinese national styles.

摘要：An approach to camera location determination based on the perspective projection geometry of three points is proposed, which is simple and straightforward. No rigid restrictions are placed on the original positional and orientational relationships between the camera and the mark. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed approach.

摘要：The numerical solution of dam toe line is solved based on the dam data and topographic map of dam located. The display of dam perspective is also realized by programming of using VC++ and OpenGL. The research results above provide the foundation of construction design, construction lofting and information inquiry, which avoids the drawbacks of only using blueprints to do the same work in the past. The method used is useful in practical engineering.

摘要：The purposes of this study are 1) to get another perspective related to the role of creative industries in national economy of Japan from 1995-2005 and 2) to know the ways to improve these sectors. This study employs Input-Output (IO) analysis as a tool of analysis. More specifically, this study uses simple output multipliers and demand-pull IO quantity model. Comparison with previous study is conducted in order to achieve the first objective. Another perspective related to above role is obtained from this study, namely creative industries, using simple output multipliers method, did not have an important role in national economy of Japan in analysis period. The results also show that the patterns of total output of creative industries of Japan on future period are not identic. Nevertheless, these sectors have one similarity, namely the modification of import will decrease their total output. This phenomenon indicates that import restriction related to these sector’s products is needed.

The studies mainly feature expansions ofresearch scopes, disputes in its definition and boundaries, and transformations from case studies to comprehensiveresearch. There are reasons to expect its future prosperity, if research work can fulfill the following three tasks:strengthening basic studies with literature collections and material analyses, changing logical perspectives byadhering to a holistically structured system, and with an orientation to the practical issues in China, conductingBritish Marxism studies under the context of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.

摘要：公共艺术教育现状反映出该教育自身学科体系的不够健全和有待完善,导致各类教学问题普遍存在于目前高校的公共艺术教育中,但现状出现的实质是该教育倡导的改革方向和原有的高校教育制度有了一定的冲突。本文试用新制度经济学的基本理论和方法,从路径依赖和利益集团这两个角度对公共艺术教育的现状长期存在的原因进行新的探究,并在此基础上提出建立高校公共课程建设的新平衡是当前公共艺术教育改革和发展应有的价值取向。
