摘要：An Inverse perturbation method is described for solving the general inverse eigenvalue problem. By taking the analysis of the rotor system as example based upon FEM, the new inverse perturbation method for structural design with specified low-order natural frequencies or frequency constraint bands is detailed as well as its complete theoretical basis. Moreover, formulations to calculate the inverse perturbation parameter ε and method to select the corresponding ε's value properly are also proposed. The proposed method is characterized in reducing frequency analysis and suitable for large and small structrual changes alike. Finally, several different numerical examples for inverse cigenvalue problem are discussed to illustrate the method, which show that this inverse perturbation method Is general and can be applied to other type of structure or dement.

摘要：This paper proposes a systematic method to design general integral control with the generic integrator and integral control action. No longer resorting to an ordinary control along with a known Lyapunov function, but synthesizing singular perturbation technique, mean value theorem, stability theorem of interval matrix and Lyapunov method, a universal theorem to ensure regionally as well as semi-globally asymptotic stability is established in terms of some bounded information. Its highlight point is that the error of integrator output can be used to stabilize the system, just like the system state, such that it does not need to take an extra and special effort to deal with the integral dynamic. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrated that: general integral controller, which is tuned by this design method, has super strong robustness and can deal with nonlinearity and uncertainties of dynamics more forcefully.

摘要：The robustness of LQG designing for latitudinal movement of ship is mainly discussed, when its hydrodynamic parameters fluctuate around criterion value at random on the proportional distributing. When a given ship state at the speed of 18 kn and the course of 45° under Rank 5 state of sea, and the hydrodynamic parameters of the ship fluctuate at random on the proportional distributing with a range of ± 10% , ± 20% , ± 30% , the robustness of muhivariate LQG designing for ship is analyzed with applying the probability modeling of relative controlling effect, The result of simulating shows that when the hydrodynamic parameters of ship fluctuates the relative controlling effect of the LQG designing submit to normal distribution and the mean value of relative controlling effect has no remarkable changes comparing to that without perturbation of hydrodynamic parameter,

摘要：In view of incomplete probability information multi-objective question, it used probabilistic perturbation method and Edgeworth series technique to study reliability optimization design. The first four moments of basic random variables are known under condition. It used the Ant Colony Algorithm to design cutting head roadheader, the optimized result indicated that cutting head load fluctuation and compared energy consumption were reduced obviously at the same time. This result enhanced roadheader operational reliability and energy effectively.

摘要：Gravity dams are solid concrete structures that maintain their stability against design loads from the geometric shape, mass and strength of the concrete. The purposes of dam construction may include navigation, flood damage reduction, hydroelectric power generation, fish and wildlife enhancement, water quality, water supply, and recreation. The design and evaluation of concrete gravity dam for earthquake loading must be based on appropriate criteria that reflect both the desired level of safety and the choice of the design and evaluation procedures. In Bangladesh, the entire country is divided into 3 seismic zones, depending upon the severity of the earthquake intensity. Thus, the main aim of this study is to design high concrete gravity dams based on the U.S.B.R. recommendations in seismic zone II of Bangladesh, for varying horizontal earthquake intensities from 0.10 g - 0.30 g with 0.05 g increment to take into account the uncertainty and severity of earthquake intensities and constant other design loads, and to analyze its stability and stress conditions using analytical 2D gravity method and finite element method. The results of the horizontal earthquake intensity perturbation suggest that the stabilizing moments are found to decrease significantly with the increment of horizontal earthquake intensity while dealing with the U.S.B.R. recommended initial dam section, indicating endanger to the dam stability, thus larger dam section is provided to increase the stabilizing moments and to make it safe against failure. The vertical, principal and shear stresses obtained using ANSYS 5.4 analyses are compared with those obtained using 2D gravity method and found less compares to 2D gravity method, except the principal stresses at the toe of the gravity dam for 0.10 g - 0.15 g. Although, it seems apparently that smaller dam section may be sufficient for stress analyses using ANSYS 5.4, it would not be possible to achieve the required factors of safety with smaller dam s
