摘要：可注射型组织工程骨在骨缺损的修复重建中具有重要意义。我们设计了一种可注射型磷酸三钙（tricalcium phosphate，TCP）／壳聚糖（chitosan）复合体（TC）。在本研究中我们将其作为缓释载体与自体富血小板血浆（platelet—richplasma，PRP）复合，构建了一种新型可注射型组织工程骨（PTC）。
