AHP as a multi criteria decision aid helped decision makers for ana-lyzing and prioritizing the alternatives in a hierarchical structure. During times AHP encountered some problems. Hence, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and some other extensions of AHP have been configured to solve those problems.

摘要：A problem in most of the organizations is to find the best way to mature their business processes. process maturity can make the organizations more profitable and competent for other competitors. The problem can be solved by aligning service oriented architecture (using web services) with business processes within the organization. The purpose of this paper is to design a conceptual framework for aligning business processes with the Service Oriented Architecture and then prove the framework’s validity using simulation. An organization is working in education sector and wants to integrate its multiple web applications to allow data flow from one system to another. The framework will help the organization to align business process of service oriented architecture and to easily mold their business process according to business needs. The framework’s validity will be proved by simulating the entire process using Yet Another Workflow Language (YAWL).

摘要：The number of products used as agro-chemicals, food additives, flavors, aromas, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals which are made by fermentation or extraction from plants has increased significantly. Despite this growth, initial predictions for a potential product purification process for these complex mixtures remains entirely experimentally based. The present work represents an initial study to demonstrate the benefits of a systematic approach. For process development of chemically well-studied systems model based process design methods are already available. Therefore the proposed approach focuses on a method for the efficient characterization of the physical properties of the key components. Once this is adequately defined, unit operations and their potential to separate the feed components can be modeled. The current state of research is discussed. Based on this evaluation the most efficient method for conceptual process development has been identified and further developed. The resulting methodology consists of model-based cost accounting accompanied by experimental model-parameter determination. The latter is carried out at in miniaturized laboratory-scale measurement cells for each unit operation using the complete original feed. The model-based modelparameter determination from these experiments is accompanied by a comprehensive error analysis. The experimental plan currently includes the determination of thermodynamic equilibrium conditions in the mixture directly from the raw material mixture. Transport kinetics and fluid dynamic parameters are first estimated from known correlations or preexisting knowledge. Later on these parameters are determined exactly in mini-plant experiments. Furthermore, biological and botanical-based guidelines are developed to identify thermodynamically favored basic operations. 摘要：In a context of growing efforts to develop sustainability strategies, energy-related issues occupy central stage in the built environment. Thus, the energy performance of housings has improved radically over the past decades. Yet other types of buildings, in particular commercial centers, haven’t received the same level of interest. As a result, there is a need for effective and practical measures to decrease their energy consumption, both for heating and electricity. The objective of the paper is to demonstrate that it is possible, through coherent strategies, to integrate energy issues and bioclimatic principles into the design process of commercial centers. It analyzes the exemplary case study of Marin Commercial Center (Switzerland). The interdisciplinary approach, based on integrated design strategies, aimed at increasing the energy efficiency while keeping the cost comparable to the market cost. The main design principles include natural ventilation, nighttime cooling with energy recovery and natural lighting, as well as optimization of mechanical systems. The results of the simulations show that Marin Center attains the best energy performance observed so far among Swiss commercial centers. It also meets the Swiss Minergie standard. The paper thus questions traditional design processes and outlines the need for interdisciplinary evaluation and monitoring approaches tailored for commercial centers. Even though most crucial decisions are taken during the early stages, all phases of the process require systematic optimization strategies, especially operating stages. Recommendations include legal measures, in particular in the fields of ventilation and air-conditioning, education, professional development and technology transfer, and financial incentives for the replacement of energy intensive installations.
