摘要：Butyl-levulinate has been identified as a promising fuel candidate with high oxygen content. Its com- bustion in diesel engines yields very low soot and NOx emissions. It can be produced by the esterification of butanol and levulinic acid, which themselves are platform chemicals in a biorenewables-based chemical supply chain. Since the equilibrium of esterification limits the conversion in a conventional reactor, reactive distillation can be applied to overcome this limitation. The presence of the high-boiling catalyst sulfuric acid requires a further separation step downstream of the reactive distillation column to recover the catalyst for recycle. Optimal design specifications and an optimal operating point are determined using rigorous flowsheet optimization. The challenging optimization problem is solved by a favorable initialization strategy and continuous reformulation. The design identified has the potential to produce a renewable transportation fuel at reasonable cost.

摘要：In order to minimize the crystal phase in Al-Cu-Ti amorphous powder,Al65Cu35-xTix amorphous powders were optimized via ball milling through adjusting the amount of Cu and Ti elements and the ball milling *** results show that increasing the mole fraction of Ti can decrease the amount of Al Cu2Ti,Cu9Al4,and Al2Cu intermetallics formed during the process of ball milling;and prolonging the ball milling time can reduce the element crystalline phase to almost *** optimal composition is determined to be ***2 forms in all selected Al65Cu35-xTix amorphous powders during the process of optimization.H atom is decomposed from toluene and reacts with Ti during ball milling,leading to the formation of *** volume fraction of TiH2 in Al65Cu16.5Ti18.5 amorphous powder is measured to be 4.30%.

摘要：The precision forging process is simulated by commercial software Deform 3D using a rigid visco-plastic model to predict the status of metal flow and the distribution of equivalent plastic strain, providing guidance for making decision on the optimal choice of process parameters and mould structure. Trial forging was used to verify the effectiveness of FEM simulation results.
