摘要：A CMOS quadrature LC-tank voltage-controlled oscillator topology which uses a planar spiral transformer as coupling elements has been implemented in mixed-signal and RF 1P6M 0.18μm CMOS technology of SMIC. The measured phase noise is -125.7 dBc/Hz at an offset frequency of 1 MHz from the carrier of 4.6 GHz while the VCO core circuit draws only of 10 mW from a 1.8 V supply. The measured phase error is approximately 1.5° based on the time domain outputs and the output power is about -2 dBm. The VCO can cover the frequency range of 4.36-4.68 GHz. The tuning range is 320 MHz （7.0%） and the FOM is -189 dB.

摘要：A 1.1 - 1.2GHz CMOS high phase accuracy,low amplitude mismatch quadrature LO driver is presented,which consists of a high frequency amplifier,an integrated poly phase filter, and an I/Q phase and magnitude calibration circuit（PMCC）. The proposed PMCC uses a feed-forward calibration technique. It improves the phase accuracy and reduces the amplitude mismatch with low power consumption. Simulation results show that phase error with PMCC is reduced to about one half and the amplitude mismatch is reduced to about one tenth, when compared to the LO driver without PMCC. Moreover,the calibration circuit also functions as a buffer to drive mixers, thus no additional buffer is needed in this design. The LO driver is implemented in a TSMC 0.25μm CMOS process. Experimental results show that the LO driver achieves high quadrature accuracy （〈2°） and low amplitude mismatch （0. 1%）. It has about 5.25dB gain and dissipates 6mA from the 2.5V power supply. The size of the die area is only 1.0mm×1.0mm.

摘要：In this paper, new complex band pass filter architecture for continuous time complex band pass sigma delta modulator is presented. In continuation of paper the modulator is designed for GPS and Galileo receiver. This modulator was simulated in standard 0.18 μm CMOS TSMC technology and has bandwidth of 2MHz and 4MHz for GPS and Galileo centered in 4.092 MHz. The dynamic range (DR) is 56.5/49 dB (GPS/Galileo) at sampling rate of 125 MHz. The modulator has power consumption of 4.1 mw with 3 V supply voltage.

摘要：This paper proposes a method to design multichannel cosine modulated filter bank for image compression using multiobjective optimization technique. The design problem is a combination of stopband residual energy, least square error of the overall transfer function of the filter bank, coding gain with dc leakage free condition as constraint. The proposed algorithm uses Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA) to minimize the mutually contradictory objective function by minimizing filter tap weights of prototype filter. The algorithm solves this problem by searching solutions that achieve the best compromise between the different objectives criteria. The performance of this algorithm is evaluated in terms of coding gain and peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR). Simulation results on different images are included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for image compression application.

摘要：强刚性问题时数值求解点堆中子动力学方程组的难点之一。该文用基于高斯-勒让特求积公式节点的全隐式龙格库塔法(简称GLFIRK)求解点堆动力学方程组。该方法是B稳定的,而且计算精度高,对于E级GLFIRK,其计算精度为2E阶。该文在阶跃、线性和正弦等不同反应性加入条件下对点堆动力学方程组进行了计算,计算结果表明,该方法计算精度高、计算速度较快、适应能力较好,可满足一定的工程应用要求。

摘要：正交幅度调制QAM(quadrature Amplitude Modulation)以其高频谱利用率、高功率谱密度等优势,成为宽带无线接入和无线视频通信的重要技术方案。文中介绍了QAM调制解调原理,提出了一种基于SystemView的16QAM系统调制解调方案,对16QAM系统的星座图和误码率进行了仿真。仿真结果证明该系统设计方案简易可行,对于QAM相关产品研发和QAM深入理论研究以及电子教学都具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。

摘要：针对通信对抗复杂战场电磁环境模拟的要求,设计并实现了一种资源高效利用、样式灵活可变、参数实时可控的多通信信号产生方法。该方法经过高速缓存循环读取、通用数字正交调制、法罗滤波器内插和多通道信号合成后,产生多路不同体制、不同样式的通信信号来模拟复杂战场电磁环境。在XC6VLX240T FPGA上,对信号产生方法进行了软硬件[1]实现,通过DAC5688在140 MHz中频,60 MHz带宽内输出多路信号模拟。结果表明,该方法能够同时产生10路样式、码速率、幅度、频率均实时可变的常规、扩频、数据链或跳频通信信号,中频带外抑制优于60 dB,带内互调失真优于40 dB。
