摘要：为了实现人体体征参数的高精度测量,设计并实现了基于Android平台、光电反射式脉搏传感器Pulse sensor、NTC温度传感器以及Wi-Fi通信电路的无线医疗监控系统。采用MSP430G2553单片机作为系统主控芯片,将采集的脉搏、体温数据发送给MSP430G2553单片机的ADC进行处理,并通过Wi-Fi将数据实时传输到专用的Android APP上显示和分析,如果超出设置的正常范围将通过GSM网络向监护人发送报警短信。实验结果表明,该系统脉搏测量误差在2BPM以内,体温测量误差在0.1度以内,并实现了测量结果的无线传输和报警功能,在医疗监控领域具有较高的应用前景。

摘要：Modification of classic fluorophore to possess the emission transitions between aggregation-induced emission （ALE） and intrinsic emission offers reliable approach to the design of ratiometric fluorescent sensors. In this study, a proton acceptor benzimidazole was integrated with BODIPY to form three compounds, BBI-1/2/3, which demonstrated the AIE （-595 nm, Iagg） in neutral aqueous medium and intrinsic BODIPY emission （-510 nm,Iint） in acidic medium. All the three showed the ratiometric pH sensing behavior in a dual excitation/dual emission mode, yet BBI-3 displayed still the dual emission ratiometric pH sensing ability. The pH-dependent emission ratio/int/Iagg of the three were fully reversible, and no interference was observed from normal abundant chemical species in live cells. Their different pKa （BBI-1, pKa 4.4; BBI-2, pKa 2.7; BBI-3, pKa 3.6） suggested that the substituents on benzimidazole moiety were essential to govern their functioning pH range. The ratiometric imaging of BBI-1 in A549 cells provided an effective intracellular pH （pHi） calibration formula corresponding to emission ratio oflJ Iint/Iagg. Ratiometric pH imaging in A549 cells upon small particle exposure confirmed the particle-induced cellular acidification with this formula. Both particle size and the chemical nature of the particle contribute to the observed acidification effect. The synchronization of lysosome disruption to cellular acidification in A549 cells upon crystalline silica exposure was directly observed for the first time with BBI-1, showing the potential application of BBI-1 in the study of silicosis and other related diseases. This study de- monstrated that endowing fluorophore with AIE/intrinsic emission transition could be a promising strategy for ratiometric sensor design.

摘要：为满足通用机械振动监测中高采样率、采集精度的需求,提出一种基于IEPE加速度传感器的无线传感器网络节点高精度数据采集方法。采用双核心处理器构架,降低网络维护与采集控制的耦合性,独立高精度时钟控制采集时序,提高数据采集频率精度。设计低噪声DC-DC电源转换方案,在充分考虑转换效率的前提下抑制电源噪声为30μVRMS;设计能自抑制电源噪声的恒流源激励,减小IEPE加速度传感器的信号噪声;设计通带平稳的三阶低通滤波器,有效避免频率混叠,提高数据采集幅值精度。实验结果表明:节点采集信号噪声仅40.7μVRMS,滤波通带范围内平均幅值误差仅0.37%;与有线采集系统NI9234数据采集对比分析,频率误差低于最小频率分辨率,幅值误差最大仅2.99%,验证了该无线传感器网络节点高精度数据采集方法的有效性。

摘要：为了设计一种以较小运算量获得较高测距精度的TOA(time of arrival)估计算法以适合节点运算能力有限的UWB(ultra wideband)无线传感器网络,提出了一种结合能量检测与匹配滤波的两步TOA估计方法.分析了该方法的工作原理,指出了第1步中DP(direct path)块检测成功率及第2步中匹配滤波门限因子设置的重要性.通过仿真对影响DP块检测成功率的两个因素,即DP块检测算法的选用和能量积分周期的设置进行了讨论.提出了依据能量采样序列中DP块与最小块比值DMR(DP to minimum energy sample ratio)动态设置匹配滤波门限因子的思想,并为其建立了数学模型.仿真结果表明,两步TOA估计方法在运算量比单一的基于匹配滤波的相干算法小很多的情况下,获得了比单一的基于能量检测的非相干方法更好的TOA估计性能,从而更适合应用于有低复杂度、低能耗设计需求的传感器节点中.

摘要：The transmission and distribution of moisture in cement-based materials are of great significance to the properties and durability of materials. Traditional macro-humidity monitoring equipment in civil engineering cannot capture the microscale humidity inside cement-based materials in situ. In this paper, a method of using rhodamine 6G fluorescence to characterize the change in relative humidity in cement-based materials is proposed. Two kinds of moulding processes are designed, which are premixed and smeared after moulding, and the optimal preparation concentration is explored. The results showed that rhodamine 6G can reflect the relative humidity of cement-based materials in situ by its fluorescence intensity and had little effect on the hydration heat release and hydration products of cement-based materials;the fluorescence intensity was much higher when the internal relative humidity was 63% and 75%. The research results lead the application of polymer materials in the field of traditional building materials, help to explore the performance evolution law of cement-based materials in micro scale, and have important significance for the evolution from single discipline to interdisciplinary.
