摘要：Some heart diseases need long-term monitoring to diagnose. In this paper, we present a wearable single lead ECG monitoring device with low power consumption based on MSP430 and single-lead ECG front-end AD8232, which could acquire and store patient’s ECG data for 7 days continuously. This device is available for long-term wearing with a small volume. Also, it could detect user’s motion status with an acceleration sensor and supports Bluetooth 4.0 protocol. So it could be expanded to be a dynamic heart rate monitor and/or sleep quality monitor combined with smart phone. The device has huge potential of application for health care of human daily life.

摘要：In the field of analog VLSI design, current conveyors have reasonably established their identity as an important circuit design element. In the literature published during the past few years, numerous application have been reported which are based on a variety of current conveyors. In this paper, an oscillator circuit has been proposed. This oscillator is designed using a single positive type second generation current controlled current conveyor (CCCII+). A CCCII has parasitic input resistance on it’s current input node. This resistance could be exploited to reduce circuit complexities. Thus in this accord, a novel oscillator circuit is proposed which utilizes the parasitic resistance of the CCCII+ along with a few more passive components.

摘要：Interactive patterns are able to promote the notion of reusability in groupware application development. Hence, these patterns support the comprehensiveness of both the interaction design and implementation while easing code modification for groupware application. Groupware is used to describe a broad range of technologies that support person-to-person collaboration. How to design and develop a groupware in an effective manner remains a research question worth exploring. This paper introduces a reusable method, patterns, to develop a single shared display application. Nine different interactive patterns that allow participants to interact collaboratively or non-collaboratively in a single shared display application are introduced in this paper. This is followed by the presentation of our quantitative results on the usability of the interactive patterns and the reusability of the patterns in designing and maintaining a single shared display application. From the results, not only are the patterns useful and easy to understand, the patterns actually ease the process of designing and maintenance during the application development under a single shared display.

摘要：Analysis of functional MRI (fMRI) blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) data is typically carried out in the time domain where the data has a high temporal correlation. These analyses usually employ parametric models of the hemodynamic response function (HRF) where either pre-whitening of the data is attempted or autoregressive (AR) models are employed to model the noise. Statistical analysis then proceeds via regression of the convolution of the HRF with the input stimuli. This approach has limitations when considering that the time series collected are embedded in a brain image in which the AR model order may vary and pre-whitening techniques may be insufficient for handling faster sampling times. However fMRI data can be analyzed in the Fourier domain where the assumptions made as to the structure of the noise can be less restrictive and hypothesis tests are straightforward for single subject analysis, especially useful in a clinical setting. This allows for experiments that can have both fast temporal sampling and event-related designs where stimuli can be closely spaced in time. Equally important, statistical analysis in the Fourier domain focuses on hypothesis tests based on nonparametric estimates of the hemodynamic transfer function (HRF in the frequency domain). This is especially important for experimental designs involving multiple states (drug or stimulus induced) that may alter the form of the response function. In this context a univariate general linear model in the Fourier domain has been applied to analyze BOLD data sampled at a rate of 400 ms from an experiment that used a two-way ANOVA design for the deterministic stimulus inputs with inter-stimulus time intervals chosen from Poisson distributions of equal intensity.

摘要：With the rapid development of integrated circuits [1], low power consumption has become a constant pursuiting goal of the designer in chip design. As the memory almost takes up the area of the chip, reducing memory power consumption will significantly reduce the overall power consumption of the chip;according to ISSCC’s 2014 report about technology trends discussions, there two points of the super-low power SRAM design: 1) design a more effective static and dynamic power control circuit for each key module of SRAM;2) ensure that in the case of the very low VDD min, SRAM can operating reliably and stably. This paper makes full use reliable of 8T cell, and the single-port sense amplifier has solved problems in the traditional 8T cell structure, making the new structure of the memory at a greater depth still maintain good performance and lower power consumption. Compared with the designed SRAM the SRAM generated by commercial compiler, as the performance loss at SS corner does not exceed 10%, the whole power consumption could be reduced by 54.2%, which can achieve a very good effect of low-power design.

摘要：利用自行设计的垂直两温区晶体生长炉,采用静态升华法生长α-HgI2晶体。经过23d的生长,获得了尺寸约为15mm×12mm×5mm的α-HgI2晶体。通过XRD和4155CVIV电学测试仪表征晶体的相关特性,并对利用该晶体制备的探测器进行核辐射探测性能测试。结果表明,生长的α-HgI2晶体富碘。对晶体适宜的加热可以有效减少富碘现象。晶体的电阻率约为1012?.cm。制备的α-HgI2核辐射探测器对未使用准直器的241Am辐射源(59.5keV)在室温下的分辨率为14.6%(8.69keV)。

摘要：为使小动物成像专用的MicroSPECT(micro single photon emission computed tomography)达到预期的分辨率和灵敏度指标,基于Monte Carlo方法对针孔准直器和成像系统参数进行设计并确定了两套设计方案。方案A保证灵敏度不低于9.19×***-1,且视野中心位置的分辨率不差于1.0 mm;方案B在保证分辨率好于1.2 mm的前提下,可达到5.86×***-1的灵敏度。进一步采用Monte Carlo方法估计了γ光子的准直器孔壁穿透效应和Compton散射效应对投影数据的影响。结果表明:穿透效应在方案A和B中对投影数据的贡献分别为28.6%和40.4%,而散射光子的贡献分别为12.4%和12.9%。

摘要：为了对约瑟夫森结及其相关电路进行仿真研究,首次在Multisim中建立了约瑟夫森结的模型.利用Multisim对直流约瑟夫森效应,交流约瑟夫森效应进行了仿真验证.随后利用在Multisim中建立的模型对电阻电容电感并联约瑟夫森结(Resistively-Capacitively-Inductively Shunted Junction,RCLSJ)模型中的混沌行为,微波感应台阶,热噪声对台阶的影响以及RSFQ(Rapid single Flux Quantum)电路进行了仿真研究.仿真结果证明了在Multisim中建立的模型对超导器件进行仿真研究是合理可行的,这对超导器件的分析和设计具有重要意义.

摘要：高质量的观测系统是获得高质量地震数据的关键,并能影响到数据处理成像的精度。本文在分析观测系统质量与四个采集参数(接收道数,跑线距,接收线距和接收线数)关系的基础上,提出了基于综合质量因子的观测系统质量评价方法,给出了观测系统质量随四参数变化的关系式。根据野外采集实际资料,利用综合质量因子评价方法,计算并给出了观测系统随四参数变化的关系曲线,分析结果显示,炮线距对观测系统质量影响最大,接收线距的增大可以适当的提高观测系统质量,接收道数增加可以提高观测系统质量,不同的采集参数对浅层和深层同相轴成像质量有不同的影响。并利用模型正演和叠前深度偏移方法生成不同采集参数的叠前深度偏移剖面,成像结果显示与上述计算分析结果一致。在实际生产中根据目的层深度,应用本文质量因子评价方法指导观测系统的设计,优选采集参数,达到提高地震数据成像精度的目的。

摘要：In this paper, the Authors present the designing of power system stabilizer (PSS) and static var compensator (SVC) based on chaos, particle swarm optimization (PSO) and shuffled frog leaping (SFL) Algorithms has been presented to improve the power system stability. single machine infinite bus (SMIB) system with SVC located at the terminal of generator has been considered to evaluate the proposed SVC and PSS controllers. The coefficients of PSS and SVC controller have been optimized by Chaos, PSO and SFL algorithms. Fi-nally the system with proposed controllers is simulated for the special disturbance in input power of genera-tor, and then the dynamic responses of generator have been presented. The simulation results show that the system composed with recommended controller has outstanding operation in fast damping of oscillations of power system and describes an application of Chaos, PSO and SFL algorithms to the problem of designing a Lead-Lag controller used in PSS and SVC in power system.
