摘要：According to the technical characteristics of short fixed wheelbase of a high-speed carriage, a subgrade-track integrated space mechanical response analysis model is proposed for trains under the action ofbiaxial load after the comparison of the stress distribution characteristics of the ballast track subgrade bed structures for high-speed railway under the action of uniaxial load and biaxial load. The loading threshold value （high-cycle long-term dynamic strength） under the circum- stance where the cumulative deformation of subgrade structure gradually develops and finally reaches the convergent state, and its relationship with the foundation coefficient K30 were deduced, based on the characteristics of cumulative defor- mation evolution obtained from the unit structure filling model test under the action of cyclic loading. In view of structure stability and frost resistance requirements of the railway subgrade in cold regions, technical conditions to maintain good service performance of subgrade structure of high-speed railway ballasted track are discussed and analyzed. Study results show that the additive effect manifests itself obviously for railway train bogies under the action of biaxial load than uni- axial load, which has a significant dynamic effect on the subgrade bed bottom and a slight effect on the surface layer. Thus, the adoption of a biaxial load model in the design of a high-speed railway subgrade accurately reflects the vehicle load. Pursuant to the structure design principle, the design method of the subgrade structure of high-speed railway ballasted track is proposed to meet the technical requirements such as structural strength, bearing stiffness and high-cyclic and long-term stability. Technical indicators are obtained for the variation of thickness of the surface layer of reinforced sub- grade bed in the double-layer subgrade mode along with the change of K30 at the subgrade bed bottom. 摘要：The shape and thickness of the dome were investigated with the aim of optimizing the type II CNG storage vessels by using a finite element analysis technique. The thickness of the liners and reinforcing materials was optimized based on the requirement of the cylinder and dome parts. In addition, the shape of the dome, which is most suitable for type lI CNG storage vessels, was proposed by a process of review and analysis of various existing shapes, and the minimum thickness was established in this sequence： metal liners, composite materials and dome parts. Therefore, the new proposed shape products give a mass reduction of 4.8 kg（5.1%）

摘要：The stability and reliability of a tilting index table should be considered at the design stage. A design method for the lightweight and improvement of the stability of the structure in a tilting index table was proposed using a commercial analysis program, ANSYS Workbench 12, by analyzing the static-thermal characteristics of the developed high-accuracy tilting index table at its design stage. The results of the performed structural analysis show that the maximum stress is generated at the stock tail part. An optimum design for the stock tail part was carried out to reduce the maximum stress and deformation. Also, the design variables were determined by considering the support of the stock tail part for the C-axis body. In the comparison of the results before and after the optimization, the maximum deformation and stress are improved by 2.8% and 8%, respectively.

摘要：During the thin strip coiling process, it is necessary to use a sleeve with a mandrel to prevent excessive deformation of the strip. Stress distribution in the sleeve and in the strip is an important factor that determines the quality of the coil. However, owing to the accumulation of high pressure, it is difficult to determine the stress distribution through experimentation. Thus, stress analysis of the strip coiling process was conducted. Finite element analysis was used to investigate the effects of the weight of the strip and the mandrel on the stress distribution and stress concentration near the starting point of the coil. The radial stress was predicted for a coil with a stacked thickness of 384 mm, which corresponds to a strip length of 1486 m, using the stress analysis model developed in a preceding research. A method was presented to reduce the weight and radial stress of a strip coil. It was found that the deformation of the sleeve can be reduced by decreasing the gap between the mandrel segments. The thickness of the sleeve can be reduced from 120 to 106 mm using the stress analysis results. Furthermore, coiling tension can be reduced by 44% compared to the existing value considering the interlayer slip of the strip coil.
