摘要:This paper presents the findings of an experimental investigation into the effects of cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut and approach angle in turning of titanium (Grade 5) alloy. A two-level factorial experiment has been used to accomplish the objective of the experimental study. The main cutting force, i.e. tangential force (Fc) and surface roughness (Ra) were the response variables investigated. The experimental results indicate that the proposed mathematical models suggested could adequately describe the performance indicators within the limits of the factors that are being investigated. The feed, cutting speed and depth of cut is the most significant factor that influences the surface roughness and the tangential force. However, there are other factors that provide secondary contributions to the performance indicators.

摘要:The present work aims to optimize the foaming conditions for tomato juice using three level Box-Behnken Experimental Design of Response surface Methodology. In the following study three process parameters namely concentration of egg albumin (EA) as foaming agent, Carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) as foam stabilizer and whipping time (WT) was optimized. The levels for various input variables were EA: 5% - 15%, CMC: 0.10% - 0.60% & WT: 3 - 7 min. The responses measured were expansion volume (EV), foam density (FD) and drainage volume (DV) which are an indication of foaming ability and foam stability. The predicted levels of responses as generated by software were EV: 91.49%, FD: 0.558 g/cc & DV: 10 ml, which on validation was found closer to experimental value.
摘要:为探讨断续切削加工中影响表面粗糙度因素的显著关系,采用正交试验法,使用聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具,给定不同的切削用量,对淬火模具钢Cr12MoV进行强断续车削试验。分析切削加工参数对表面粗糙度的影响及切削参数的优选,运用响应曲面法(RSM)建立表面粗糙度的预测模型,并对预测模型进行试验验证。结果表明,影响表面粗糙度的显著因素依次是切削速度、进给量、切削深度;预测模型能够很好的对表面粗糙度进行预测,误差不超过7.2%。

摘要:国庆大典过后,56根柱子最后终于尘埃落定。这件事曾引发设计师和舆论界的讨论。作为惯常使用的表现方式,这些柱子是中国符号式的象征,它们有威严的外表,并将作为一种持续性的中国模式的存在。由此却让我联想起设计师们曾经包括现在还在提及的关于三个S的争论:symbolical(象征的)、surface(表面的)、substantial(可持续的)。

摘要:文章以iSIGHT设计软件为优化平台,集成Hypermesh和LS-DYNA,构建并实现了薄壁直梁件抗撞性多目标优化设计流程,在此基础上,运用拉丁超立方试验设计方法生成样本数据,采用响应面方法构建近似模型且其精度满足耐撞性设计要求;以比吸能SEA最大及碰撞峰值力Fmax最小为目标函数,采用多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对响应面近似模型进行多目标优化设计,获取Pareto最优化解集,选取6个Pareto解进行有限元仿真验证。结果表明:近似模型方法能很好地取代实际仿真过程进行优化,且计算效率较高,基于6σ的多目标稳健性优化方法与确定性优化方法相比,稳健性优化结果提高了设计变量的可靠性和多目标函数的综合稳健性。
摘要:分析了逆向工程的应用现状及当前逆向处理软件的不足之处 ,提出了在现有软件条件下如何高效保质完成逆向设计的解决方案 ,并通过实例总结了提高特征获取速度和保证特征精度的分析和操作技巧 ,并提出了结合零件结构特点活用软件指令的观点 ,对逆向工程技术的具体应用和深化推广有一定的指导意义。
摘要:本项目涉及对现代及流外艺术博物馆进行翻修及扩建,该馆位于阿斯克新城的一座漂亮的公园内。现有建筑是由Roland Simounet在1983年设计而成的,已被列入历史古迹名单。本项目旨在将博物馆建设为一个连续的流动的实体,通过增加专门收藏流外艺术作品的画廊来实现,以巡游浏览的方式来感知空间的大小。对那些破旧的地方做了完全的翻修。
