摘要：To investigate the fan performance of air conditioning system, two different configuration fan test systems are designed. All scale simulation of the two systems provide the basis for design and improvement of air conditioning system fans to improve the internal flow, increase air volume, and reduce the noise. The conclusion that disturbance on flow of nuzzle outlet is the main sources of measurement error about 5% can be proved by the comparative analysis of the results between computation and experiment. Through Optimization Design of Partial Structure they all meet the industry standard, measurement error less than 1.5%.

摘要：For electronic piezo gauge used for testing gun chamber pressure, its internal miniature pulse-powered photoelectric invert switch cannot often be powered up normally. To solve this problem, a test system for invert switch is presented to verify the reliability of the invert switch. The test system uses complex programmable logic device （CPLD） to control data acquisition of A/D converter and data storage of external flash memory, and then transmits the acquired data to a computer for data analysis and processing. The test system can provide the required sampling frequency of the signal in high temperature, normal temperature and low temperature environments, and the reliability of the invert switch can be verified according to the signal parameters. The results show that the test system has high precision and the tested invert switch has low power consumption and high reliability.

摘要：For the shock wave overpressure signal measurement of explosion field, the type and equivalent of the ammunition as well as the distance from test nodes to ground zero have a great influence on the characteristics of shock wave signal. To ensure that shock wave signal with different characteristic parameters can be collected completely in the test of shooting range, a tran- sient pressure signal storage system with configurable parameters is presented. In order to meet the requirements of different test nodes, the system can set parameters of all test nodes by wireless communication in explosion field. The feasibility and re- liability of the system are fully verified through transient pressure measurement in explosion field.

摘要：The intellectual property （IP） core for inter-integrated circuit （IIC） bus controller is designed using finite state machine （FSM） based on field programmable gate array （FPGA）. Not only the data from AT 24C02C can be read automatically after power on, but also the data from upper computer can be written into AT24C02C immediately under the control of the IIC bus controller. When it is applied to blast wave overpressure test system, the IIC bus controller can read and store working parameters automatically. In a laboratory environment, the IP core simulation is carried out and the result is accurate. In the explosion field test, by analyzing the obtained valid data, it can be concluded that the designed IP core has good reliability.
