摘要：This paper presents a discussion of the characters and design patterns of the digital texture design in fashion fabrics. It starts from the characters of fabric texture design, taking digital printing technology as a detailed example, and raises a possible design route and pattern of the innovative design of fashion fabrics under digital technology.

摘要：Electrical steel sheets with 6.5%(mas fraction) Si with good shapes and superior magnetic inductions were successfully produced by a specially designed processing route including ingot casting, hot rolling and warm rolling both with interpass thermal treatment, and final annealing. The sheets were of 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm thick over 140 mm width. A detailed study of the microstructural and textural evolutions from the hot rolling to annealing was carried out by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron backscattered diffraction. The hot rolled sheet characterized by near-equiaxed grains was dominated by the mixture of //ND fiber(λ-fiber), //RD fiber(α-fiber) and //ND fiber(γ-fiber) textures owing to the partial recrystallization and strain induced boundary migration(SIBM) during the hot rolling interpass thermal treatment. The static recovery and SIBM during the warm rolling interpass thermal treatment result in large and elongated warm rolling grains. The warm rolling texture is dominated by obvious λ, Goss and strong γ-fiber textures. The application of the interpass thermal treatment during hot and warm rolling significantly enhances the impact of SIBM during annealing, which is responsible for the formation of the moderate λ-fiber, some near-λ fiber texture components and the obviously weakened γ-fiber texture in the annealed sheet, leading to a higher magnetic induction compared to the commercially produced 6.5% Si steel by chemical vapor deposition(CVD).

摘要：The application of digital image processing to the classification of the slub-yarn texture is discussed. texture of the slub-yarn fabric is analyzed by using the texture analysis techniques. The influence of the slub-yarn parameters on the fabric texture is discussed. Results indicate that texture of the slub-yarn fabric can be reliably measured using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) analysis. The four indices of GLCM, the angular second moment, the contrast, the inverse difference moment and the correlation, are sensitive to the change of the slub-yarn parameters, and can be regarded as the major indices for the texture.

摘要：A design of different microtextures on the surface of the crankpin bearing(CB)is proposed to ameliorate the lubrication and friction performance(LFP)of *** the basis of the CB s hydrodynamic lubrication model,the bearing surface of CB using different microtextures,such as wedge-shaped textures(WSTs),square textures(STs),circular textures(CTs),and combined square-circular textures(CSCTs),is simulated and assessed under various external loads of the CB at an engine speed of 2000 r/*** pressure of the oil film,the frictional force,the force of the solid asperity contact,and the friction coefficient of the CB are used as objective *** indicate that the bearing surface designed by the STs remarkably improves the CB s LFP in comparison with other structures of WSTs,CTs,and ***,the average values of the frictional force,solid asperity contact,and friction coefficient of the CB using the STs are greatly reduced by 28.5%,14.5%,and 33.2%and by 34.4%,26.3%,and 43.6%in comparison with the optimized CB dimensions and CTs,***,the application of the STs on the CB surfaces can enhance the LFP of engines.
