摘要：Performance robustness problems via the state feedback controller are investigated for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with time-delay in both state and control, in which the neural networks are used to model the nonlinearities. By using an appropriate uncertainty description and the linear difference inclusion technique, sufficient conditions for existence of such controller are derived based on the linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Using solutions of LMIs, a state feedback control law is proposed to stabilize the perturbed system and guarantee an upper bound of system performance, which is applicable to arbitrary time-delays.

摘要：To study the approximation theory of real sliding mode and the design of variable structure controller for time-invariant linear uncertain time-delay singular system,the approximation theory of real sliding mode was developed to provide foundation for obtaining sliding mode by equivalent control,and switching functions with integral dynamic compensators and variable structure controllers were designed respectively under two circumstances that the system without uncertain part was stabilized by delay-dependent and delay-independent linear state feedback. The design guarantees the asymptotical stablity of switching manifolds,and the variable structure controllers can force solution trajectory of the system to arrive at the switching manifolds in limited time. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and simplicity of the design method.

摘要：The stability and boundedness of mechanical system have been one of important research topics. In this paper ultimate boundedness of a dry friction oscillator, belonging to nonsmooth mechanical system, is investigated by proposing a controller design method. Firstly a sufficient condition of the stability for the nominal system with delayed state feedback is derived by constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. The delayed feedback gain matrix is calculated by applying linear matrix inequality method. Secondly on the basis of the delayed state feedback, a continuous function is designed by Lyapunov redesign to ensure that the solutions of the friction oscillator system are ultimately bounded under the overall control. Moreover, the ultimate bound can be adjusted in practice by choosing appropriate parameter. Accordingly friction-induced vibration or instability can be controlled effectively. Numerical results show that the pro- posed method is valid.

摘要：Recently, the conditions of observers that can estimate directly Kx（t） for an arbitrarily given K, and that are free of the effect of time delayed states of the system, are formulated. This paper points out that, because of the equivalence in formulation, the existing conditions for unknown input observers can be used to establish directly a new set of sufficient conditions for that recent observer. This new set of sufficient conditions is much simpler, and therefore much more useful and significant, than the sufficient conditions derived in that recent paper. This new set of sufficient conditions also reveals some basic mistakes of that recent paper. In addition, this paper reveals the severe restrictiveness of this new set of conditions and proposes a fundamentally new observer design formulation that can relax that set of conditions significantly.

摘要：This paper deals with the problem of H-infinity filter design for uncertain time-delay singular stochastic systems with Markovian jump. Based on the extended It6 stochastic differential formula, sufficient conditions for the solvability of these problems are obtained. Furthermore, It is shown that a desired filter can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
