摘要：Digital art design refers to the art and design activities that are implemented based on computers and related digital equipments. Today, the digital art has been extensively applied in all sorts of social areas and relevant industries such as animation, design, film and television production, games, advertising, multimedia design, and network. The artistic creations such as Helan Mountain Rock Painting, Xixia cultural patterns and ethnic patterns, in which Ningxia visual elements were taken as design themes, are diversified in forms and rich in contents, and also have been extensively applied. However, because of the application of the digital technology with powerful functions, the digital art has the ability to provide a wide creation space for national culture. Meanwhile, some special effects of the digital technology can also be applied in the creation of minority art.

摘要：At present, the reform of colleges and universities in our country is in full swing. In the course of teaching design of art in colleges and universities, it is necessary to change the teaching mode in time to adapt to the new teaching development environment. In the era of digital development, we need to give full attention to the optimization of art design teaching in colleges and universities, and run new teaching techniques. This paper mainly analyzes the advantages and importance of the digital art design in colleges and universities, and then discusses the application of digital technology in the art design teaching and the concrete teaching optimiTatiun strategy in detail. Hoping to through this theoretical research, contribute to the improvement of the quality of art design teaching.

For attracting people＇s attention to the advertising, merchants should not only rely on novel advertising creativity and also add some sentiment elements in advertising design under the background of today＇s advertising all over the world. Sentiments are the most capable of touching human nerves so as to leave a deep impression in the minds of people, so the quality of advertising can be well improved if appropriate sentiment elements are added in advertising design. In this paper, the application of emotional elements to advertising design is specifically discussed from emotional elements classification, main application methods, and matters needing attention.

摘要：Tactile paving is a system of textured ground surface indicators found on public environments to assist blind and visually impaired persons to distinguish locations and directions, identify potential hazards, and then to move and reach expected destinations. The design of tactile paving is different from those of many public facilities because tactile paving is mainly used by blind and visually impaired persons. Although tactile paving was invented several decades ago it is only recently that it has been widely implemented in many cities, yet criticism on its unsatisfactory design for its particular users as well as other people is still frequently heard. One of the critical comments is the lack of a good standard. This paper reviews the history and development of tactile paving. By reviewing particular characteristics of tactile paving and the needs of blind and visually impaired persons, this paper discusses the importance of a standard for tactile paving. This paper then compares different tactile paving design standards in several selected countries. Focusing on the factors of type, pattern and color in constituting the standards of tactile paving, this paper tries to identify the problems of tactile paving in China, and then gives some suggestions and insights for consideration and further investigation.
