摘要：EAST （Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak） is a tokamak with su- perconducting toroidal and poloidal magnets operated at 4.5 K. In order to reduce the thermal load applied on the surfaces of all cryogenically cooled components and keep the heat load of the cryogenic system at a minimum, a continuous radiation shield system located between the magnet system and warm components is adopted. The main loads to which the thermal shield system is subjected are gravity, seismic, electromagnetic and thermal gradients. This study employed NASTRAN and ANSYS finite element codes to analyze the stress under a spectrum of loading conditions and combinations, providing a theoretical basis for an optimization design of the structure.

摘要：An electromagnetic （EM） analytic model for the PF feeder, applied to ITER and needed to convey the cryogenic supply and electrical power to the PF magnets, was built up. The magnetic flux density and the EM force under the worst conditions with the maximum working current in each coil were then calculated. Based on the EM analysis and theoretical calculation, the relationship between the busbar stress and the distance of neighbouring busbar supports was obtained, which provides an approach to optimize the design of the busbar supports. In order to check the feasibility of the PF feeder structure, a finite element model was built up and the ANSYS code was applied to analyze the stress and displacement. The numerical results show that the stress of the PF feeder is within the allowable limits and the structure is feasible.

摘要：Depletion calculation is important for studying the transmutation efficiency of minor actinides and longlife fission products in accelerator-driven subcritical reactor system(ADS). Herein the Python language is used to develop a burnup code system called IMPC-Burnup by coupling FLUKA, OpenMC, and ORIGEN2. The program is preliminarily verified by OECD-NEA pin cell and IAEAADS benchmarking by comparison with experimental values and calculated results from other studies. Moreover,the physics design scheme of the CIADS subcritical core is utilized to test the feasibility of IMPC-Burnup program in the burnup calculation of ADS system. Reference results are given by the COUPLE3.0 program. The results of IMPC-Burnup show good agreement with those of COUPLE3.0. In addition, since the upper limit of the neutron transport energy for OpenMC is 20 MeV, neutrons with energies greater than 20 MeV in the CIADS subcritical core cannot be transported; thus, an equivalent flux method has been proposed to consider neutrons above 20 MeV in the OpenMC transport calculation. The results are compared to those that do not include neutrons greater than 20 MeV. The conclusion is that the accuracy of the actinide nuclide mass in the burnup calculation is improved when the equivalent flux method is used. Therefore, the IMPC-Burnup code is suitable for burnup analysis of the ADS system.

摘要：We report on the ability to create complex 3D flower-like SiO2 in vitro via CaCO3 micropar- icles supported by polyethyleneimine mediated biosilicification under experimentally altered chemical influences. The morphology, structure, composition of the product have been inves- tigated with the X-ray photoelectron spectrum, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Tile overall morphologies could be controlled to shift from a characteristic network of flower-like silica sphere to a sheet-like structure by adjusting physical adsorption of different amount of polyethyleneimine onto the surface of the CaCO3 microparticles.

摘要：A 7.8-μm surface emitting second-order distributed feedback quantum cascade laser （DFB QCL） structure with metallized surface grating is studied. The modal property of this structure is described by utilizing coupled-mode theory where the coupling coefficients are derived from exact Floquet-Bloch solutions of infinite periodic structure. Based on this theory, the influence of waveguide structure and grating topography as well as device length on the laser performance is numerically investigated. The optimized surface emitting second-order DFB QCL structure design exhibits a high surface outcoupling efficiency of 22% and a low threshold gain of 10 cm-1. Using a π phase-shift in the centre of the grating, a high-quality single-lobe far-field radiation pattern is obtained.

摘要：We have provided optical simulations of the evanescently coupled waveguide photodiodes integrated with a 13- channels AWGs. The photodiode could exhibit high internal efficiency by appropriate choice of layers geometry and refrac- tive index. Aseamless joint structure has been designed and fabricated for integrating the output waveguides of AWGs with the evanescently coupled waveguide photodiode array. The highest simulation quantum efficiency could achieve 92% when the matching layer thickfiess of the PD is 120 nm and the insertion length is 2 μm. The fabricated PD with 320-nm-thick *** layer and 2-μm-length insertion matching layer present a responsivity of 0.87 A/W.

摘要：The aim of the electron microscopy image classification is to categorize the projection images into different classes according to their similarities. Distinguishing images usually requires that these images are Migned first. However, alignment of images is a difficult task for a highly noisy data set. In this paper, we propose a translation and rotation invariant based on the Fourier transform for avoiding alignment. A novel classification method is therefore established. To accelerate the classification speed, secondary-classes are introduced in the classification process. The test results also show that our method is very efficient and effective. Classification results using our invariant are also compared with the results using other existing invariants, showing that our invariant leads to much better results.

摘要：Fluorescence collector is a critical component in optically pumped Cs beam frequency standards. We design a new fluorescence collector by means of a new method. By means of two simulation methods, a smaller fluorescence collector with the same collection efficiency is achieved. It can be applied to almost all fluorescence detection systems in atom-light interaction experiments. We select the practical fluorescence collector studied by comparing three designing schemes. Its structure is very plain. Moreover, its fluorescence collection efficiency is very high. The collection efficiency of the practical fluorescence collector we designed is over 33% by means of two different ways.
