摘要：Passive filtering of neural networks with time-invariant delay and quantized output is considered.A criterion on the passivity of a filtering error system is proposed by means of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Bessel-Legendre *** on the criterion,a design approach for desired passive filters is developed in terms of the feasible solution of a set of linear matrix ***,analyses and syntheses are extended to the time-variant delay situation using the reciprocally convex combination ***,a numerical example with simulations is used to illustrate the applicability and reduced conservatism of the present passive filter design approaches.

摘要：The one dimension photonic crystal(1D-PC) polarization filters with four channels and nine channels are presented based on different angular responses of the 1D-PC band *** using the optical transfer matrix method(TMM),the filtering characteristics are studied numerically,and the results show that both of the filters have the even signal channel spacing,for each channel the polarization separation degree is more than 0.96,the quality factor is about 104 magnitude,and the band width is almost *** the 1D-PC polarization filter is a promising candidate for multi-channel polarization filters.

摘要：Due to a worldwide focus on sustainable materials for human health and economy services, more and more natural renewable biomass are regarded as promising materials that could replace synthetic polymers and reduce global dependence on petroleum resources. Cellulose is known as the most abundant renewable polymer in nature, varieties of cellulose-based products have been developed and have gained growing interest in recent years. In this review, a kind of water-soluble cellulose derivative, i.e., sodium cellulose sulfate (NaCS) is introduced. Details about NaCS's physicochemical properties like solubility, biocompatibility, biodegradability, degree of substitution, etc. are systematically elaborated. And promising applications of NaCS used as biomaterials for microcarriers' designing, such as microcell- carriers, micro-drug-carriers, etc., are presented.

摘要：In order to realize safe and accurate homing of parafoil system,a multiphase homing trajectory planning scheme is proposed according to the maneuverability and basic flight characteristics of the *** this scenario,on the basis of geometric relationship of each phase trajectory,the problem of trajectory planning is transformed to parameter optimizing,and then auxiliary population-based quantum differential evolution algorithm(AP-QDEA)is applied as a tool to optimize the objective function,and the design parameters of the whole homing trajectory are *** proposed AP-QDEA combines the strengths of differential evolution algorithm(DEA)and quantum evolution algorithm(QEA),and the notion of auxiliary population is introduced into the proposed algorithm to improve the searching precision and *** simulation results show that the proposed AP-QDEA is proven its superior in both effectiveness and efficiency by solving a set of benchmark problems,and the multiphase homing scheme can fulfill the requirement of fixed-points and upwind landing in the process of homing which is simple in control and facile in practice as well.

摘要：The tunnel field-effect transistor (TFET) is proposed by using the advantages of dopingless and line-tunneling technology. The line tunneling is created due to the fact that the gate electric field is aligned with the tunneling direction, which dramatically enhances tunneling area and tunneling current. Moreover, the effects of the structure parameters such as the length between top gate and source electrode, the length between top gate and drain electrode, the distance between bottom gate and drain electrode, and the metal position on the on-state current, electric field and energy band are investigated and optimized. In addition, analog/radio-frequency performance and linearity characteristics are studied. All results demonstrate that the proposed device not only enhances the on/of current ratio and reduces the subthreshold swing, but also offers eight times improvement in cut-off frequency and gain band product as compared with the conventional point tunneling dopingless TFET, at the same time;it shows better linearity and small distortions. This proposed device greatly enhances the potential of applications in dopingless TFET.

摘要：Multi-component mixture(MCM) is a complicated chemical system that contains a great deal of mixture rays with various mixture ratios, and each ray includes many mixtures with different concentration ***, in combined toxicity field, almost all studies on MCM focus on the mixtures designed by the equivalenteffect concentration ratio(EECR) procedure. However, the EECR mixtures cannot represent the whole mixture system because the EECR mixtures are located on one mixture ray in concentration space formed by multiple components. In our view, some optimal experimental design such as the uniform design(UD) should be used to effectively select many representative mixture rays from the MCM system,instead of single EECR ray. The uniform design ray(UDray) integrating UD idea with fixed-ratio ray design can systematically and comprehensively measure the combined toxicity changes in the MCM system. This review introduces the operation method, construction of uniform table and corresponding usable table, and some cases of application of the UD-ray to help readers easily use UD-ray in their MCM toxicity assessment.

摘要：Carbon supported Pt-based intermetallic compounds(IMCs)with high activity and durability are the most competitive cathode catalysts for the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).The synthesis of Pt-based intermetallics with a good balance between small size and high metal loading remains challenging because of the high-temperature annealing that is generally required to form intermetallic *** developed a sodium thiosulfate-assisted impregnation strategy to synthesize small-sized and highly ordered PtM IMCs catalysts(M=Co,Fe,Ni)with high-Pt-content(up to 44.5 wt%).During the impregnation process,thiosulfate could reduce H_(2)PtCl6 to form uniformly dispersed Pt colloid on carbon supports,which in turn prevents the aggregation of Pt at the low-temperature annealing ***,the strong interaction between Pt and S inhibits particle sintering,ensuring the formation of small-sized and uniform PtM intermetallic catalysts at the high-temperature annealing *** optimized intermetallic PtCo catalyst delivered a high mass activity of 0.72 A mgPt^(–1)and a large power performance of 1.17 W·cm^(–2)at 0.65 V under H_(2)-air conditions,along with 74%mass activity retention after the accelerated stress test.
