摘要：This article argues that ancient Chinese Philosophy-Aesthetics, as an important Other from the West, has made global contributions which are of major significance to the future theoretical building. Most Western scholars and some modem Chinese scholars so far have failed to pay attention to these critical achievements. This article intends to expound the global contributions of Chinese aesthetics in three ways. One is Laozi＇s interpretative mode of grandeur, another is Zhuangzi＇s notion of mutual generative aesthetics and the other Mencius＇s view of philosophical beauty.

摘要：Aiming to make a high power direct current supply safely used in coal mine production, this paper made a deep research on characteristics of intrinsically safe power supply, using the mathematical model established according to coal mine intrinsic safety standards. It provides theory support for the application of high power intrinsically safe power supply. The released energy of output short circuit of switch power supply, and the close related factors that influence the biggest output short-circuit spark discharge energy are the theoretical basis of the power supply. 摘要：Surface reconstruction from unorganized data points is a challenging problem in Computer Aided Design and Geometric Modeling. In this paper, we extend the mathematical model proposed by Juttler and Felis （Adv. Comput. Math., 17 （2002）, pp. 135-152） based on tensor product algebraic spline surfaces from fixed meshes to adaptive meshes. We start with a tensor product algebraic B-spline surface defined on an initial mesh to fit the given data based on an optimization approach. By measuring the fitting errors over each cell of the mesh, we recursively insert new knots in cells over which the errors are larger than some given threshold, and construct a new algebraic spline surface to better fit the given data locally. The algorithm terminates when the error over each cell is less than the threshold. We provide some examples to demonstrate our algorithm and compare it with Juttler＇s method. Examples suggest that our method is effective and is able to produce reconstruction surfaces of high quality.

摘要：Deformation and failure of high slope impact the construction and operation safety of highway in the mountainous areas. The deformation and failure are mainly caused by poor design which normally has not well combined with the geological conditions and unplanned construction. Therefore, effective design and construction management should be conducted for ensuring a successful construction without damage and risk. In light of the reality of high slope construction along highway in the Huangshan area, this paper proposes a technical procedure for dynamic design and construction management of high slopes along highway in the mountainous area. The proposed construction management scheme is divided into three phases, i.e., 1) design phase, 2) preparation phase of excavation, and 3) construction phase. During the design phase, experiences and lessons learnt from the design and construction of other high slopes along highway in the same region are summarized. The number of slopes and slope height should be optimized from the aspects of route selection and route form. During the preparation phase of excavation, "Excavation Permit Management System" should be adopted, and construction scheme should be made by the construction unit, then the scientific research and design unit determine whether it guarantees slope stability and makes optimization measures. During the construction phase, the scientific research unit would make proposal of optimization design, and apply the achievements of scientific research into practice through common efforts of various units based on the understanding of excavation and investigation. The management system mentioned above is adopted to conduct dynamic design and construction management for more than 90 slopes along the Huangshan - Taling - Taolin Expressway, and successful results of application have been achieved.

摘要：Through reusing software test components, automated software testing generally costs less than manual software testing. There has been much research on how to develop the reusable test components, but few fall on how to estimate the reusability of test conlponents for automated testing. The purpose of this paper is to present a method of minimum reusability estimation for automated testing based on the return on investment （ROI） model. Minimum reusability is a benchmark for the whole automated testing process. If the reusability in one test execution is less than the minimum reusability, some new strategies must be adopted ill the next test execution to increase the reusability. Only by this way, we can reduce unnecessary costs and finally get a return on the investment of automated testing.

摘要：This paper considers the consensus problem of a group of homogeneous agents. These agents are governed by a general linear system and can only directly measure the output, instead of the state. In order to achieve the consensus goal, each agent estimates its state through a Luenberger observer, exchanges its estimated state with neighbors, and constructs the control input with the estimated states of its own and neighbors. Due to the existence of observation and process noises, only practical consensus, instead of asymptotical consensus, can be achieved in such multi-agent systems. The performance of the achieved practical consensus can be measured by the ultimate mean square deviation of the states of agents. That performance is closely related to the observation gains of the state observers and the control gains of agents. This paper proposes a method to optimize such performance with respect to the concerned observation and control gains. That method starts with a set of feasible observation and control gains and formulates a group of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Solving these LMIs gives some intermediate matrix variables. By perturbing observation and control gains, and the intermediate matrix variables, the original LMIs yield another group of LMIs, which can be solved to provide a descent direction of observation and control gains. Moving along that descent direction, observation and control gains can be improved to yield better performance and work as the starting point of the next iteration. By iteratively repeating this procedure, we can hopefully improve the consensus performance of the concerned multi-agent system. Simulations are done to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
