摘要：Marine in situ testing is a necessary step for stereotyping newly developed marine sensors. The use of test sites in the Yangtze Estuary area, which has high turbidity and abundant nutrients, can effectively reduce the needed testing time owing to its harsh conditions. Five test stations were established, and a floating buoy and fixed test equipment were designed. A control system, including a sensor connection, data processor, video remote transmission, and corresponding control algorithm, was developed. The control system enabled the nondestructive monitoring of biological attachments and bidirectional, real-time communication between an upper server on land and the control system at the test sites. The dissolved oxygen(DO), temperature, and pH data of DOS600 and DPS600 sensors were compared with those of AP2000 sensors. Temperature recording using the DOS600 sensor was performed nearly as well as that of the AP2000 sensor. The mean DO values(standard deviations) were 8.414 mg L-1(2.068) and 6.896 mg L-1(1.235) for the DOS600 and AP2000 sensors, respectively, indicating that the DOS600 performance was unsatisfactory. The pH recording of the DPS600 was slightly worse than that of the AP2000 sensor. Experimental results showed that the DO value was more easily affected by the buoy movement of waves compared to the pH and temperature. Moreover, data fluctuations showed that the DO and pH parameters were more vulnerable to biofouling than temperature. Waves and biofouling create a harsh test environment, and the performance difference between the developed sensors and a standard sensor can be obtained in a short time period.

摘要：An optimal design of wastewater reuse for a university is concerned in this paper. The raw water and the capacity of wastewater reuse were determined according to the wastewater characteristic of a university; the treatment process was chosen by building a cost-benefit model; and the modeling test was performed about the operation effect of the proposed project and the recommended water quality of reclaimed water. It is estimated that 3.4×10^5 m^3/a tap water and 6.1×10^5 Yuan/a will be saved if the project was put into operation and the proposed project will reduce the total quantity of pollutant efficiently and bring lots of social and economic benefits.

摘要：Objective： HER-2 plays an important role in the development and progression of ovarian carcinoma. A number of monoclonal antibodies （MAbs） and engineered antibody fragments （such as scFvs） against the subdomain II or IV of HER-2 extracellular domain （ECD） have been developed. We investigated the effect of chA21, an engineered anti-HER-2 antibody that bind primarily to subdomain I, on ovarian carcinoma cell invasion in vitro, and explored its possible mechanisms. Methods： Growth inhibition of SK-OV-3 cells was assessed using a Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） assay. The invasion ability of SK-OV-3 was determined by a Transwell invasion assay. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and its tissue inhibitors （TIMP-2） was detected by immunocytochemical staining, and the expression of p38 and the phosphorylation of p38 were assayed by both immunocytochemistry and Western blot. Results： After treatment with chA21, the invasion of human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells was inhibited in dose- and time-dependent manners. Simultaneously the expression of p38, phospho-p38, MMP-2 and the MMP-2/TIMP-2 ratio decreased, while TIMP-2 expression increased. Additionally, the decrease in phospho-p38 was much greater than that of p38. Conclusion： chA21 may inhibit SK-OV-3 cell invasion via the signal transduction pathway involving MMP-2, TIMP-2, p38 and the activation of p38MAPK.

摘要：Developing low dimensional semiconductors with moderate band gaps,intrinsic ferromagnetism and large magnetic anisotropy energies (MAEs) is very desirable for high-speed nano-spintronic devices,which,however,still remains a big ***,via first principles calculations,a potential route to realize such materials is proposed based on a new class of one-dimensional transition metal (TM) embedded stannaspherene (Sn122-) nanowires [TM2(Sn12)]∞ (TM =Ti-Ni).Three semiconductors with robust ferromagnetism are achieved with TM =V,Cr and Fe,which all exhibit direct or quasi-direct band gaps around 1.0 eV,rendering their great potentials for visible light optoelectronic ***,[Cr2(Sn12)]∞ and [Fe2(Sn12)]∞ are both identified as bipolar magnetic semiconductors (BMS) with valence and conduction band edges spin polarized in the opposite directions,which are promising for realizing switch of carriers' spin orientation by electrical gating,while [V2(Sn12)]∞ exhibits a half semiconductor (HSC) property with valence and conduction band edges spin polarized in the same direction and can be used for spin-polarized carriers ***,sizable MAEs are discovered in these nanowires,which are at least two orders of magnitude larger than those of Fe,Co and Ni bulks and also significantly larger than current ferromagnetic semiconductors.

摘要：In this paper a fast digital real-time spectrometer was developed for timing and analysis of nuclear pulse signals. The hardware system design and algorithm implementation with field-programming gate array （FPGA） and digital signal processor （DSP） were introduced. The performance of the digital constant fraction discrimination （dCFD） platform was experimentally tested with Agilent 80 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator and LaC13：Ce3＋ scintillator detector for 22Na positron annihilation gamma spectroscopy. The amplitude and time information of ＂/photon was online obtained. The energy resolution could be 5.525% and the timing resolution 293.75 ps, the system error estimation of dCFD approach was also studied. The results showed that this spectrometer achieved a timing resolution close to that of traditional CFD timing resolution with a more sim- plified system structure.

摘要：The superconducting cyclotron SC200 is intended to generate a 200 MeV, 400 nA proton beam for future particle therapy. The internal hot-cathode-type Penning ionization gauge (PIG) ion source for the SC200 is designed for the generation of hydrogen ions. A brief description of the design of ion source and test bench, which are used in SC200, is given in this paper. The ion source has been verified on the test bench, and the results indicated that the designed ion source meets the expected requirements. The lifetime of the filament exceeded 100 h in the test. In addition, the extraction voltage and the gas flow that influence the extracted ion current intensity have been tested in the experiment.
