摘要：本文简要论述了设计具有特殊性能的轮胎胎面胶的三种方法。比较了用控制乳聚SBR的分子间组成分布(inter CD)法和用溶液聚合SBR法来改善滚动阻力/湿滑性关系的效果。较宽的分子间组成分布,虽然对改善未硫化SBR的阻尼有益,但是在硫化后却只有很少或毫无优越性,因为硫化相容性会明显地改变阻尼性质。阐述了改变乳聚SBR胶料滞后损失的最佳混炼工艺。使用未充油的高分子量聚合物以及推迟油往胶料中的加入时间会导致炭黑的均匀分散并改善回弹性。这些改善有可能不必增加加工所用能量。最后考察了并用方法。实验室研究表明,卤化丁基胶/乳聚SBR胶料并用在滚动阻力、湿滑和磨耗性能等方面具有较好的平衡性。

摘要：Rare-earth elements （REEs） are essential metals for the design and development of sustainable energy applications, Recycling these elements from waste streams enriched in them is crucial for securing an independent future supply for sustainable applications, This study compares the mechanisms of mechan- ical activation prior to a hydrometallurgical acid-leaching process and a solvometallurgical mechanochemical leaching process for the recovery of REEs from green lamp phosphor, LaPO4：Ce3＋, Th3＋, After 60 min of processing time, the REE leaching rates showed a significant enhancement of 60% after cycled mechanical activation, and 98% after the combined mechanochemical leaching process, High-resolution transmission electron microscopy （HR-TEM） imaging disclosed the cause for the improved REE leaching rates： The improved leaching and leaching patterns could he attributed to changes in the crystal morphology from monocrystalline to polycrystalline, Reduction of the crystallite size to the nanoscale in a polycrystalline material creates irregular packing of chemical units, resulting in an increase in defect-rich grain boundaries in the crystals, which enhances the leaching process, A solvometallurgical method was developed to combine the mechanical activation and leaching process into a single step, which is beneficial for operational cost, This results in an efficient and simple process that provides an alternative and greener recycling route for lamp phosphor waste,

摘要：The use of non-equilibrium plasmas for the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts is a field that has not been explored intensively. The main reasons for the recent increase of research activity in this field are related to the advantages that go with the technique of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition （PECVD）. The most principal of these advantages are the possibility to avoid the use of environmentally harmful solvents and the one-step nature of the procedure, making it very time and labor efficient. Non-equilibrium plasma technology, more in particular dielectric barrier discharge （DBD） technology, has been applied in this work for the synthesis of hybrid tin-silicate materials to be used as a heterogeneous catalyst in the isomerization of glucose into fructose. Atomizers, innovative devices which make it possible to inject nanosized precursor liquids into the plasma zone, are used instead of applying vapor phase techniques, where the amount of precursor is limited by the vapor pressure of the liquid. A design of experiments approach has been employed to investigate the effect of the plasma parameters, namely gas flow, frequency and power density, on the catalytic properties of the catalysts within a well-defined parameter field. It has been found that indeed these parameters, together with the molar ratio of Si/Sn, have an important influence on the activity, selectivity, and thus yield of the produced chemicals.
