摘要：The objective of this paper is to study the issue of design efficiency for minimum projection uniformity designs. The results show that for orthogonal arrays with strength two, the minimum projection uniformity criterion is a good surrogate for the design efficiency criterion proposed by Cheng, Deng and Tang （2002）.

摘要：A general Jackson network （GJN） with infinite supply of work is considered. By fluid limit model, the author finds that the Markov process describing the dynamics of the GJN with infinite supply of work is positive Harris recurrent if the corresponding fluid model is stable. Furthermore, the author proves that the fluid model is stable if the usual traffic condition holds.

摘要：Supersaturated designs are useful in screening experiments. This paper discusses the topic of multi-level supersaturated design. Two quantities, E(d2) and Df, are proposed to evaluate the optimality of supersaturated designs. A lower bound of E(d2) is obtained with a necessary condition for achieving it. Some E(d2)-optimal supersaturated designs of 3, 4, and 5 levels are given.

摘要：Remanufacturing represents the combination of "three Rs" (reduce, reuse, recycle) into a single activity, which restores a wide variety of worn-out, discarded durable products to like-new condition, prolonging their useful life, protecting the environment. The application of surface engineering has promoted the development of remanufacturing. Remanufacturing is an environmentally and economically sound way to achieve many of the goals of sustainable development. Through developing study of product design for remanufacturing, it can promote the surface technologies application in the remanufacturing, and markedly enhance the efficiency of remanufacturing. This paper gives some relative concepts about product design for remanufacturing, such as remanufacturability, and brings forward the remanufacturability research contents and assessment method of used product.

摘要：A novel bi-functional photorefractive acrylate polymer with pendant carbazolyl groups and azo derivatives as side chains was synthesized. Photorefractive experiments showed a high two-beam coupling gain coefficient of 93 cm(-1), diffraction efficiency of 12% and electro-optic coefficient of 26 pm/V were obtained.

摘要：The present paper describes an optimization methodology for aerodynamic design of turbomachinery combined with a rapid 3D blade and grid generator （RAPID3DGRID）, a N.S. solver, a blade parameterization method （BPM）, a gradient-based parameterization-analyzing method （GPAM）, a response surface method （RSM） with zooming algorithm and a simple gradient method. By the use of blade parameterization method a transonic com- pressor rotor can be expressed by a set of polynomials, and then it enables us to transform coordinate-expressed blade data to parameter-expressed and then to reduce the number of parameters. With changing any one of the parameters and by applying grid generator and N.S. solver, we can obtain several groups of samples. Here only ten parameters were considered to search an optimized compressor rotor. As a result of optimization, the adiabatic efficiency was increased by 1.73%.

摘要：This article proposes a tandem cascade constructed to tackle the thorny problem of designing the high-loaded stator with a supersonic inflow and a large turning angle. The front cascade adopts a supersonic profile to reduce the shock wave intensity turning the flow into subsonic,while the rear cascade adopts a subsonic profile with a large camber offering the flow a large turning angle. It is disclosed that the losses would be minimized if the leading edge of the rear cas- cade lies close to the pressure side of the front cascade at a distance of 20% pitch in pitch-wise direction without either axial spacing or overlapping in axial direction. The 2D numerical test results show that,with the inflow Mach number of 1.25 and the turning angle of 52° ,the total pressure loss coefficient of the tandem cascade reaches 0. 106 ,and the diffusion factor 0. 745. Finally,this article has designed and simulated a high-loaded fan stage with the proposed tandem stator,which has the pressure ratio of 3.15 and the efficiency of 86.32% at the rotor tip speed of 495.32 m/s.

摘要：A design procedure for improving the efficiency of a transonic compressor blading was proposed based on a rapid generation method for three-dimensional blade configuration and computational meshes, a three-dimensional Navier-Stokes solver and an optimization approach. The objective of the present paper is to design a transonic compressor blading optimized only by selection of the locations of maximum camber and maximum thickness for the airfoils at different span heights and to study how do these two design parameters affect the blade performance. The blading configuration and the computational meshes can be obtained very rapidly for any given combination of maximum camber and maximum thickness. The computational grid system generated is used for the Navier-Stokes solution to predict adiabatic efficiency, total pressure ratio and flow rate. As a main result of the optimization, adiabatic efficiency was successfully improved.
