摘要：This paper studies the behaviors of power amplifier（PA） driven by a single-carrier continuous wave（CW） signal and a two-carrier CW signal both in theory and simulation, and explains why the traditional dual-band PA failed to perform satisfactory results when a two-carrier CW signal is applied to, called concurrently. Besides that, an evaluation standard of concurrent dual-band PA was presented to value its performance. Solution was given with design and fabrication of a concurrent 1.85 GHz/2.65 GHz class F PA, employing a 10 W GaN HEMT device from Cree, CGH40010, whose measurement shows the saturated output power is 40.6 d Bm and 40.8dB m with drain efficiencies（DE） of 77.4% and 75.3% at 1.85 GHz and 2.65 GHz, respectively. On the other hand, we see that the peak DE achieves 59.7% with an output power of 39.9 dB m in concurrent mode, which follows up with the standard.

摘要：A structure-based microstrip passband filter with the center frequency of 2.6 GHz was put forward by using double-mode resonator based on defected ground structure （DGS） technology. A double-mode coupling resonator combined with DGS structure was used to achieve the resonance frequency and the filter size. CST microwave studio was used to optimize the attenuation performance to get the filter parameters. A structure-based passband filter was fabricated. Simulation is consistent with the measurement. Performance shows that the proposed filter could be suitable for the time division-long term devolution （TD-LTE） microwave systems at 2.6 GHz.

摘要：A type of millimeter-wave antenna array with flexible design is proposed for a variety of applications at 60 *** antenna array can be adjusted to be linearly or circularly polarized by simply changing the radiation part of the antenna *** gain,wideband,and high radiation efficiency characteristics can be achieved by adopting a low insertion loss feeding network and broadband antenna *** the linearly polarized antenna array,simulation results show that the impedance bandwidth of the 2×2 antenna subarray reaches 21.6%,while the maximum gain achieves 15.1 dBi and has a fluctuation of less than 0.4 dBi within the working *** results of the 8×8 linearly polarized antenna array show a bandwidth of 21.6%and a gain of(26.1±1)dBi with an antenna efficiency of more than 80%.For the 8×8 circularly polarized antenna array,simulation results show that an impedance bandwidth of 18.2%and an axial ratio(AR)bandwidth of 13.3%are *** and efficiency of up to 27.6 dBi and 80%are achieved,respectively.A prototype of antenna array is fabricated,and results are compared and analyzed.
